The driver seemed hurried as they turned quickly in to the driveway. When they opened the door of the vehicle, my mom (who the flowers were a gift for) noticed that some items had turned over in the van. The water in the vase of my mom’s flowers was murky and had sediment in it. The vase had no ribbon or bow on it. When I got home the afternoon of the delivery, I noticed that the flowers had already started turning at the stems, making the buds droop, and there was no ribbon on the vase.
This was my mom’s 80th birthday and her first birthday since my father died.

Ordered a bouquet online for a family member a distance away. I picked what I wanted from a picture and expected something resembling that picture to be delivered. I received a nice picture with a thank you from the recipient. The bouquet looked nothing like the picture. It was nice enough but very disappointing.

This is based on a photo the recipient sent but from what I could tell the roses do not look fresh. I know I said you didn't need to stick to the picture as long as it was pretty and seasonal. However, your website indicates a more modern style than what she received. The overall color palette was not cohesive. Adding fern filler feels very dated when there are prettier options. The bouquet looks more like to came from a grocery store in the 1980s and not worth $135+

The arrangement was beautiful and fragrant! I witnessed it first hand as it was delivered to a friend that I came to visit for the weekend. Every time we walked into her home we enjoyed the scent of the fragrant lilies! And the team advised me that they could not deliver initially as planned; I emailed back, and they made it happen in the perfect time frame. Thank you!

They made a rather complicated delivery easy as pie! I ordered this arrangement for my friend’s birthday to be delivered to the restaurant where we had her birthday dinner.
I placed my order online then checked in with the florist in person.
Their attitude was: no problem all the way. I called the restaurant to give them a heads up and did not have a good feeling about the conversation. The florist said not to worry - she’d done it all before.
When we arrived at the restaurant, I asked the hostess if my flowers made it. She replied they in the fridge and to just tell our server when when we wanted them.
The hostess said THE FLORIST EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. BTW, this was an enormously popular restaurant on a super busy FRIDAY NIGHT.
The whole thing went so smoothly, I’m convinced, because of the florist’s help.
And the flowers were perfect. The arrangement included lillies and they added two still in bud. Fresh, perfect flowers. My friend was ecstatic. Me, too.

Left my review on Yelp too. The picture on the website is NOT what I received. Draw an imaginary line, left to right, across the middle of the bouquet. Then replace all the flowers below the line with filler greens used to prop up the flowers. So, basically I paid $100 for half the flowers shown. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because it was delivered in the morning as I requested. Although, for the $15 delivery charge to go 5 miles, it should be easy enough.

I ordered the Beautiful in Blue flower arrangement for my wife on Valentines Day. Flowers on the Coast delivered the arraignment early on the 14th and the flowers were in perfect condition and beautiful. My wife loves them. I have ordered flowers before from this florist and they have never failed to exceed my expectations. They are also some very nice people when you go into their shop in person. I would recommend you give this florist a try…..I think you will be very satisfied.

Delivery service was fine, however the bouquet itself was pretty disappointing given I upgraded the bouquet to incorporate more florals. I wish I could upload a photo, but it barely looks anything like the photo on their website for this arrangement. If there was an issue with lack of florals in stock, a call would have been nice to pivot to something else.

Purchased a planter for my sister-in-law to cheer her after knee surgery! The planter looked great. It has some fall leaves in it and orange bow for fall season. I actually didn't want a basket container and pic I saw online but as not a basket . Other than that, the planter looked good!

Ordered online for Mom’s Birthday, delivery was timely, very small bouquet for $65 plus $15 local delivery fee, few of the flowers arrived wilted looking, just did not look as nice as pictured, one pictured was obviously most deluxe version. Lesson learned

After difficulties ordering bouquets from other florists for a loved one's 90th birthday, I had to switch at the last minute to a different vendor. Unfortunately the lead time was not enough to get the bouquet delivered on time after I had to make the switch, but on a whim I left a note explaining the situation and asking if it could be delivered early if possible... and Flowers on the Coast delivered! We chose the biggest arrangement to ensure that it would be full and beautiful ($120). But when the recipient sent us a picture to thank us, the hydrangea was wilted along with some of the lilies and that was just one side, so I don't know if the other side had issues too. Needless to say, we were not happy and since we live far away there's not much we can do except write this review.

I ordered a sympathy dish garden to be sent to my cousin and did not realize she had moved. The plant was left at her vacant home in December and I did not realize it. Unforunately, I also had the wrong cell phone number for my cousin. Ann had left a voice message on the old cell advising the plant was left, unknown to me. When it was discovered that I had given the wrong address over a month later, I quickly called and spoke with both Ann and Sonda. They were absolutely lovely! Going through a local florist (I'm not local - the recipient is) to send flowers to N. Myrtle Beach beats the heck out of 1-800 or any of the other national flower distributors. I made the mistake of going the latter route last year, and those flowers were barely worth the name. I had gone through Flowers on the Coast a few years previous, however, and luckily I had saved the email confirmation to remind myself of that. They came through again this year. On time, quality flowers, friendly delivery.

I ordered an early Mothers Day bouquet for my mom. The good news is that it arrived on Wednesday as scheduled. I don’t live in North Myrtle Beach but wanted to support a local shop. I ordered the Deluxe bouquet (14.00 upcharge) that is supposed to have more flowers and/ or greenery than what’s pictured. I was hoping it would allow for a little creativity- baby’s breath, purple statice, a few more flowers or some little filler type to jazz it up a bit more. I selected this one bc it looked happy and lower maintenance, not bc I wanted a “cheaper” bouquet. The picture my mom shared of the bouquet was basically the picture of the standard bouquet. Matsumoto asters, if there are even any, weren’t present in the photo my mom sent. This was the only unique addition to the standard bouquet. Now I will go to Trader Joe’s and make my own bouquet when I do actual drive down to see her next weekend. She was happy, of course, because she rarely receives flowers and it’s “the thought that counts.”

The roses were beautiful but the whole thing was smaller and, frankly, looked a bit bedraggled, like it had been standing for several days. Not impressed.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in the service. I had ordered flowers for my Mother's birthday and I chose this location because it is very close to her house. I left specific instructions on where to place the flowers and a phone number to text upon delivery. However, the flowers were never delivered and I was never notified of any problems. I was actually disappointed with the flower arrangement. For the price, I expected something a lot better. This was for a funeral. Other arrangements that were at the funeral were full and the colors were vibrant. I was not impressed with mine. It also did not look like the picture, which was fine, but it should’ve been better than what was delivered.

DO NOT EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! they did not listen to any directions. they did NOT deliver anything like what I ordered (for my MOM) and then when I called-- they took took her something else... 6 roses in a vase! and knocked on her DOOR and asked for teh OTHER arrangement back a day or two later!!!!! HORRIBLE! SO EMBARRASSING and horrible customer service. When I called back- they HUNG UP ON ME when I said... you took the other flowers back??? They never mentioned that.

I was very pleased in working with Flowers on the Coast. It was easy to place the order on the website. The flowers were delivered as scheduled and when my Mom wasn't home to receive the flowers, the person delivering the flowers called my Mom to make sure she'd be home that day and placed the flowers in a shady area to ensure they didn't wilt. The flowers I received are pretty, but:
1. I specified delivery on the 9th, but they came late in the evening of the 8th. Early is better than not at all, but it did spoil the surprise I had planned.
2. I ordered the "premium" upgrade, but the bouquet received looks exactly like the "standard" bouquet pictured - not sure where the extra flowers are supposed to be.
3. My wife asked if I bought them at the local grocery store - ouch.

The selection was great, the transaction was easy, delivery was as stated and the product was well put together. The unfortunate problem was that a substitution was made without me being contacted. Had I been informed that the “Happy Birthday Bear” was sold out due to Mother’s Day (didn’t know they were related) I would have either made a different selection or went somewhere else. While I won’t say it ruined my daughters 21st birthday, it did sour the celebration for me.
