I am the owner and head of the design team. I have years of experience and love creating with flowers. I try to accommodate my clients needs. I can be traditional or contemporary. I shop at the New England flower exchange daily so my flowers are always fresh. Thank you for trying our shop

I ordered these last minute, Saturday nite for Monday morning, I also forgot to write the time for the delivery which was done online (I usually like to order in person). I wasn’t at ease till I arrived and saw the flowers had arrived and beautiful as usual.

The flowers I ordered were not as advertised. I ordered “Pink Perfection” and the bouquet arrives filled with Blue Carnations? They aren’t even shown in the picture advertised. Disappointing!

My order was delivered on the 5/12 not 5/13 and it was did not look like the photo. The arrangement was also much smaller than the photo despite me paying a premium price for an upgraded arrangement. I would not order from this florist again.

It's so hard to find a florist in an area you're not familiar with. I went online and found Flowers & More. I called with a few questions then placed the order online. Instructions were to call before delivery to make sure the recipient was home. Instead, delivery was left at front door with nobody home. Very lucky it wasn’t stolen.

Your flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful! The "Pink and Pearly Pleasures" (deluxe level) arrangement I picked had ribbon and pearls running through it and the arrangement looked exactly like the online photo - except even more beautiful! The recipient called us and sent a photo and she said it was one of the most beautiful arrangements she's ever received. The roses were big and beautiful and all the flowers were vibrant and healthy. I purchased the Vision of Beauty Premium arrangement for my mother. Previously for her birthday I purchased this same arrangement in the Deluxe version and my mother was delighted. Since she was coming out of the hospital I decided to go even bigger. This time the arrangement was a gawky mess that looked like it was put together by a 6-year old. The stems of ginger and bird of paradise were not trimmed down--they were just stuck in. There was no tall greenery to provide a background and anchor the arrangement. No protea or anthurium, just lots of spindly ginger and bird of paradise and unattractive green orchids. I expected more variety, not less. Last time there was a lovely large orchid where the protea would have been. I really can't call it an "arrangement," more a bunch of stems stuck in a vase. Does no one look over the orders for simple beauty before they leave the shop? My mother's reaction this time? "Well, the ginger is nice." Y'all dropped the ball on this one. Not worth the price. Happy to send a picture if you want to see what I mean.

The recipient (my aunt) said the flowers were beautiful. But ... in addition to her card, there was another card enclosed, intended for another person. I called the shop and left my number for someone to call me back to discuss this but nobody ever returned my call. It would have been nice for someone to at least acknowledge my call and let me know if/how it was taken care of.

I ordered an arrangement Garden Fresh - A mix of fresh flowers such as roses, lilies and hydrangea in lovely colors of pink, red and white is accented with greenery, and presented in a simple pitcher. This charming bouquet seems as if it was plucked straight out of a country garden! Exact container may vary to be delivered to my relative today and, when she sent me a picture of the delivered arrangement I was greatly disappointed and taken aback.
While I understand your disclaimer, Substitution Policy , the temperament of the theme is not consistent with the displayed photo sold online. If I wanted a glass vase I would have chosen any of the other similar arrangements with a glass vase. Willow can be acquired any time of year WAS NOT included nor was there a substitute that would make the theme appear similar to this picture. If the flower shop did not have at least one of the two items that would make the arrangement theme similar, they should have called or emailed the customer, me, and let me know what my option or options would be.
I am not happy with this delivery and would like a refund. I am horribly disappointed with the substitutions and final product. ☹

Although I ordered the deluxe, the funeral arrangement was skimpy, there were 3 ugly orange flowers that did not match the mauve bowl and a white, cheap looking bow. Extremely disappointing. I assume that since I was ordering from out of town, the florist figured I would never see it.

Flowers were excellent, however I was very disappointed by the "card" --- paying over $100 for a flower arrangement that comes with a card, and even paying $10 extra for the deluxe version, I was expecting some sort of actual card, not just a business card with my message scrawled on it. Had I known that was what would come with the arrangement, I would have said not to bother and gotten a card for her separately.

Picture of the flowers I ordered was not even comparable to what was sent. Ordered an arrangemt that was full of flowers stargazer, gerber daisys, carnations, snap dragons, and was delivered an arrangement with 2 roses and 2 tulips and a whole lot of cheap fillers. Recipient thought the were pretty but the price I paid for $5 worth of flowers is very dissapointing

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
