Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Always on time and always deliver beautiful flowers wish it wasn’t so expensive maybe a couple more flowers and I can get some stock in flower & more boutique lol great buisnesss would love to start my own flower delivery biz !!! And my delivery guy was great I gave him a tip on the site then sent him 10$ Apple Cash when he sent me the photos I’m in the dog house fellas pray for me I got an amazing absolutely drop dead gorgeous Colombian girlfriend well I think she broke up with me she I’m trying real hard to get her back might get her a bouquet everyday still she takes me back any ideas would be greatly appreciated 561-386-5886 I can’t lose this one she’s one I a. Trillion hard working loyal smart driven has a daughter and I’m just some loser living with my mom rn and she still gave me a shot at if this is the 3rd time I’ve used u guys one’s a weeek before v-day the.
