I ordered the flowers for my executive who lives in LA. ( I live in Scottsdale) I am extremely discerning . So, I researched Canyon Country same day delivery .The images looked pretty good...however, when my employee sent my a picture of what she actually received , I was very pleased. I would only suggest that the consumer have the ability to write more on the enclosed card !

I ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday to be delivered as a surprise supposedly. But nope! She didn't receive it. Why??? Because it wasn't handed to her. The flowers were not delivered to the recipient. It was dropped off at the receptionist! This flower shop didn't even bother calling the phone number that was on the recipient information. Oh btw! I had to call them to confirm that it has been delivered to the recipient. They sent an email that it has been delivered. But my sister has not received any flowers nor phone call from them that they're delivering flowers to her. THE 5 STARS REVIEW ON YELP FOR THIS FLOWER SHOP IS FAKE!!

STUNNING bouquet!! Beautiful textures and colors and not overwhelmed by roses, just the right amount. The recipient absolutely loves it. The flowers were exactly as pictured. The only difference was the vase, which was short, round, and clear but still featured the detail similar in the photo. However, I still loved the vase. It wasn't a boring vase you eventually toss. It was a keeper for sure. The recipient said the bouquet is exactly what she wants for her upcoming wedding. Great inspiration!

I’m sorry to say but I was very, very disappointed. The arrangement did not fill my expectations, it didn’t come close to the picture on your website. I paid for the premium selection, which was not cheap. This was upsetting because I bought it for my granddaughter’s high school graduation. I’m still quite upset. The container used is more of a generic container. I picked this arrangement specifically for the container because my daughter-in-law had a baby girl.

The arrangement that I ordered was the 20-V1r. The arrangement that was delivered only has 12 roses. It doesn’t look anything like the one I ordered. I think we were shorted 8 roses if I counted right.

My friend gave birth yesterday and she told me she was being discharged from the hospital today. I didn't expect for her to be going home so soon and I wanted to surprise her with flowers so I had to find a place that did same-day delivery fast! I found this place on Yelp and was astounded with the 5-star reviews and thought I had nothing to lose. I used their online ordering, made my selection, and waited. Considering I made the purchase after noon I was expecting for a late delivery. They even made a courtesy call to see if they can deliver this tomorrow, they must have been so swamped. But she was so sweet to accommodate I told her I wanted to surprise my friend as she is being discharged today. A couple hours later my friend sends me a picture of her beautiful fresh flowers in her kitchen. I have ordered lots of flowers in the past and never have the actual flowers came in looking prettier than the online preview, until today! This place is a gem, I wish I had their services in my hometown!!

The flower arrangement in the picture is a lot nicer than what the person got. I ordered this arrangement because I really liked the vase and the orchids, he just came from the hospital, the vase he got was a plain white vase, nothing pretty like in the picture. I paid a lot of money to have something close to the picture but the vase was nothing like it and it wasn’t pretty like this one.
