I received a text the morning my delivery was scheduled stating “Unfortunately, we are closed today for a family emergency.” I hope everything is okay and understand things happen, however, have never received an update on the order after asking how this adjusted my order - would they be able to deliver the next day? Can I get a refund? Disappointed with lack of professionalism and communication and still waiting on solution one week later, after my card has been charged.

I order a tropical bouquet for my mother’s birthday same day because I failed to remember it was her birthday ahead of time. We live far apart so having a local business deliver her a bouquet the same day was important to me. Because I ordered so last minute, I missed the deadline for fresh flowers of from the flower mart for what I had ordered (that shows the quality of this business’s work). The florist reached out about the dilemma and offered me a solution. Wow! She blew it out of the water, made a stunning bouquet with what she had on hand and had it delivered to my mother just in time for her to return home from work. Bloomnation saved the day! I’ll be ordering from them again for Mother’s Day and ahead of time.

The customer service and personal attention given to my order was above and beyond what I expected. They were pretty, but definitely didn't look like this picture. I saw them myself because I went to the grand opening. I don't know if it was because the person I sent them to needed to fan the flowers out but they were all bunched up together if that makes sense. I would have thought there wouldn't be a need to do anything with them when delivered in a vase.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
