The flowers were meant for my wife, who lives in Portland OR, while I was in Michigan. The occasion was Valentine’s Day. The plants are lovely in this purchase. However, the potting was not as expected. Rather than terracotta or ceramic as expected, this arrived in a corrugated stainless steel pot. So my husband said “thanks for the plants, I’m going to move them to a ceramic planter”. Last thing I wanted to do was give him a birthday gift that created a chore for him. This was unusual for a purchase from Flowers In Flight which has hit it out of the park every other time.

I ordered a Phalaenopsis orchid for my daughter. She was so pleased with it! She sent me a picture and it is absolutely gorgeous. The service provided by Flowers in Flight was excellent as well. I called to ask we could switch from delivery to pick up, as my daughter was going out. The very kind woman said that although the orchid was already out for delivery, that she would contact the driver and have it delivered before my daughter went out. My daughter also told me that the delivery driver was very nice. I highly recommend Flowers in Flight!

Catherine, I am so sorry that you where so disappointed; I was jarred when I read this review mainly because I remember sending this arrangement and remembered it having large white lilies. I looked the delivery up and our delivery driver snapped a picture on the doorstep and front and center is a large lily bloom. You may have received a picture taken at a different angle so the lilies are out of view, but I can assure you that lilies were in this arrangement.
