|On 11/16 (Sunday), in the evening,I've received an email asking to evaluate the experience with Flowers in Bloom. The flowers were not delivered at that time.
On Monday morning, 11/17 I received two text messages from two different phone numbers stating that the flower shop doesn't work on Sundays and the order will be delivered within an hour. That was a lie.
At 7:33 pm, I received an email stating that the order was delivered. Another lie.
Finally, the order was delivered in the morning of Tuesday 11/18.
The response to my email questioning the timeline of the order fulfillment was: "it was delivered".
The phone number shown on the emails does not answer.

Ordered additional Ferrero Rocher. 2 regular chocolate bars were delivered instead.

|I ordered Premium upgrade and it was really nothing special and definitely not spectacular. Nice enough for a bedside table but not as holiday gift for hostess.
Cannot imagine what the “Standard” would have looked like.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
