ABOUT US We are family owned and operated. Located in Lebanon Ohio, we are the town’s premiere custom florist. We specialize in wedding, sympathy and everyday floral designs. We are committed to providing the highest quality flowers and plants, and we proudly source from local flower farms and greenhouses year round. We believe in celebrating all life's occasions with flowers!

Nick And Lindsey Baker
Owners Nick and Lindsey Baker got their first whiff of the floral industry by doing their own wedding flowers in 2008. It wasn't long after being married that the trappings of their corporate jobs began to take a toll on them. They wanted to do something that was better suited for their artistic backgrounds and satisfied their need to create. While they were brainstorming ideas of ways to accomplish those goals, a blessing in disguise came when Nick unexpectedly lost his job. As if by fate, the same day that Nick lost his job he received a message from a recently made friend who'd heard about his situation and wanted to know if he'd like to work at her flower shop as a delivery driver while he looked for other employment. Little by little the idea began to take shape. Every day he had the opportunity to learn from a couple that had been in the industry for over 25 years. Before long, the temporary job turned into a business model for the future. After 2 years of being under their tutelage, the owners of the company had made the decision to retire. Knowing Nick and Lindsey had an interest in getting into the business they graciously offered their services to help get them on their feet. Nick and Lindsey spent the next year developing a business model and honing their skills while working out of small residential space doing wedding work, holiday centerpieces, and special events with the help of their mentors. The orders kept coming and their small workspace just kept getting smaller. They knew it was time to take the next step. In February of 2012 they opened Flowers from the Rafters in the small village of Morrow Ohio. After 4 years and many happy customers later, the decision was made to move the business to historic Lebanon Ohio in April of 2016. Nick and Lindsey continue to cultivate their passion by providing the greater Cincinnati area with works of art that are uniquely their own made from the finest flowers sustainably sourced from local farms and farms from around the world.

The picture online is one example of the general look and feel of the product (which again is clearly noted in the product description). The hanging basket we sent on your behalf featured a variety of annuals in different shades of purple and was hand delivered in a timely manner on the date you selected which was May 9th. If you would like to buy your mother a $14.99 basket and take it to her yourself next year on Mothers day you are welcome to do so. If you would like to give us another chance, please don't wait 20 days to inform us you are unhappy with a delivery. Thanks!

It is a "seasonal" wrap bouquet. which means we use what is in season. your bouquet was $65 and we used seasonal flowers such as tulips, anemones, ranunculus, and other seasonal flowers which are only available in the spring. Had you made notes in the special instructions section online that indicated you would like us to design your wrap as similar as possible to the picture, we would have definitely done that. Your overall total of $97.24 included a $20 dollar delivery fee because the delivery address was at the very border of our maximum delivery radius and resulted in a 60 minute round-trip drive for our delivery driver. Your total also included a voluntary tip you left us as well as sales tax. We hope you take this information and use it to reconsider your 2 star review. we went above and beyond to fill your order in a timely manner and even called you to make sure you thought the recipient would be home to receive the arrangement as it was a wrapped bouquet and would have to be left out of water if no one was home at the time of delivery.

I place an order online and within 30 minutes I received a call from the florist. They said the order I had placed needed to be slightly changed for home delivery. And since I placed the order at 2:30 in the afternoon, they didn’t know if they could get the delivery out on the same day. However, the arrangement was delivered within 21/2 hours! Usually I am pleased with your bouquet but this time I was somewhat disappointed. I paid for the larger bouquet but I don’t feel like it was much bigger and the giant blue hydrangea is already dead not 24 hours here. Perhaps the end of the week is not a good time to order.

I received a call from Nick to verify the delivery the morning of its expected drop off. Once it was delivered I received an email notification as well. My mom lives in Lebanon and I send her flowers on holidays & her birthday. The FIRST florist I've ever used that not only delivered the bouquet in the photo, but actually made it better. It was what I would have expected for the “Standard” package. Mostly carnations. Not nearly the number or variety of roses.

Wonderful company to get flowers from. I ordered a hanging basket for my mom and it was gorgeous. The flowers were all healthy and in bloom it wasn't sparse it was absolutely beautiful and my mother loved it. I live in Columbus and my parents live down towards Lebanon and I had no issue with the delivery they actually delivered it a day early for me. They did a wonderful job was informing me of the delivery and when it was being made and even after the delivery had been made. They were very pleasant and courteous and kind to work with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to other people.
