The plant was fine, the basket was not what was shown and resembled a berry basket I would use at a farm to gather berries. But most importantly, my names was never put on the card and the recipient had no idea who the plant was from.

I did not see the flowers but my friend who received them in the hospital said they were beautiful. I used Flowers from the Farm because it is a local company. My mother always got the flowers from you when she was in charge of them for Dunbar United Church. ( Betty Detmers). The flowers were not just like the photo, but even better in person! They were absolutely beautiful and stunning. They were sent to my daughter at Quinnipiac University for her 21st Birthday, which I wanted truly and greatly special flowers for, and they were exactly that. I was told that freezing rain was forecasted for the day I wanted them delivered, so if the weather was looking very bad as the day was close (I ordered them 5days ahead of time)- would I want them delivered a day early or a day later. They also said that they would certainly deliver on my exact chosen day if it was safe to. They did end up getting delivered on my wanted day- from absolutely gorgeous flowers with the wooden box I ordered , to fantastic delivery service- I beyond satisfied and impressed with this flower shop!

My cousin shared that it was a lovely and fragrant bouquet. My aunt received it the day after her birthday as there was a snow storm on her birthday. When my aunt received it she was too uncomfortable from an illness to truly appreciate it and went into the hospital that night. When she comes home, I’m sure she will be delighted. I picked this plant for the bamboo strands across top, they were not present. Didn’t recognize plant and asked funeral director if it wasn’t delivered. Read card attached and realized that was it. Very disappointed

I ordered flowers for my grandmother for Mother's Day. She used to travel to the islands and loves the tropics so I thought the Blue Caribbean would be a great choice. The flowers that were delivered were so much nicer than what is shown online. There were Birds of Paradise in the bouquet and my grandmother kept saying "I can't go to Hawaii but you brought Hawaii to me!" She loved them!

This was the second time I ordered from Flowers from the Farm. The first time they delivered the wrong arrangement for a funeral. I decided to try them again for another funeral - paid for the premium upgrade and requested no lilies because my friend hates them. Showed up to the wake and found lilies so the arrangement was not taken home. Sent them an email about what happened. No response. Very disappointed and will not recommend or use them again.

The arrangement was small and sparse even though I ordered the most expensive version. The sash I had ordered was just a small 3-inch ribbon that could not even be seen as it was tucked into the bottom. I have never written a negative review for flowers, but I was so disappointed by this order that I had to respond. I was so embarrassed by it. Beautiful bouquet but apparently they did not have any of the darker pink roses. They substituted small red roses for the small pink ones in the photo and white for the larger pink ones. Completely different look and feel so I was a little disappointed. My wife still loved it.

The arrangement delivered to the funeral home looked nothing like the picture I ordered it from. I was very embarrassed at the viewing when there was a completely different "teacup" that was so small you could hardly see it, and there were maybe six flowers in it. I sent this on behalf of work and now we look so cheap. Very disappointed.

I wasn't expecting such disgusting quality. I received the bouquet in the afternoon and the flowers were already looking bad, and by the evening they had just wilted. And I had paid for the premium, having overpaid $30 on top. I will be sure to leave a negative review on yelp and all social media wherever I can. It's outrageous to sell old flowers online!

The flower arrangement that was sent was not the arrangement I had chosen in the picture. I had wanted a basket with the ivy twined around the handle and flowers, however the flowers that were received were fresh and the arrangement was full and beautiful. If the arrangement pictured is a premium arrangement it should be stated as such. Over all the recipient was very pleased and we were very satisfied with what was sent.

My first order and my mother-in-law was thrilled with her birthday bouquet! I would have given 5 stars, but the greens that were added to the bouquet we’re different than the photo from the website. I did find the website well-designed. Same day delivery is a real plus and may have factored in the greens available, which I understand. I did partly pick this bouquet because of the greens in the photo, because I loved those tones.
