The arrangement was beautiful and they have wonderfully kind service. They help me carry the arrangement out to my truck and gave me a special box and helped me strap the arrangement into the passenger seat with the seatbelt so that it wouldn’t fall while I was driving the arrangement.

Aloha, I'm glad I decided to beat the rush for Valentines and ordered for pup at their Lihue store on Tuesday, (Valentines is on Friday this year). The arrangement was unbelievable, and my wife Loved it! But what made it even more special for me was their operational follow through, and attention to details. They called me to find out what time I plan to come by, they called me when it was ready, they sounded so nice and excited for me, then when I picked up, they asked do you want a box, and I automatically said no thank you. The owner I believe, said no we have this special box, so you just buckle it in the seat, that way it won't tip over, Wow what a lifesaver (i actually thought I could hold it and drive, yikes), and the box actually worked. Being a Senior I truly appreciated this attention to detail and the caring follow-up! Mahalo Flowers Forever, You make Kauai Proud, and you also made this old man's day :) Lyle O.

After on-line ordering a ‘Get Well’ dish garden for delivery the following day, the delivery address changed. I called Flowers Forever and explained the situation. They made a call to the hospital, and quickly delivered the floral dish garden the same day, practically within the hour. Rather than refunding the paid delivery cost the floral gift was upgraded.

Flowers Forever did a fantastic job, and their customer service was terrific. I received a photo of my hospitalized friend with the dish garden on the table next to her. The floral arrangement was lovely, and I appreciate the wonderful service. Thank you!

If you’re picking up leis to greet at the airport, Flowers Forever is the best - location and service. I ordered six leis for a family arrival, and when I showed up to pick them up, they were ready to go in the cooler and labeled with my name. I was very pleased with my experience shopping with Flowers Forever. I live in California and I wanted to order flowers from a shop on Kauai to be delivered on Kauai. The recipients were very pleased with the flowers. And I was pleased with the communication. The gentleman delivering called me when he could not reach the recipients on the island. He wanted to let me know that he tried to call them but no one answered, so he left flowers by the door. I will be happy to call Flowers Forever when I need flowers delivered on Kauai again.

The man who delivered the flowers was very attentive and patient. I had ordered for my sister and brother in law on Kauai, and I live in Washington State. I left my phone number in case, and the man who delivered the flowers was having a difficult time because they had a dog in the gate, and no one was answering when he called out. He called me, I tried calling my family, no answer. I told him to leave it on the car, but he didn't want to leave it in the sun, which made me very happy to see how much he cared about wanting a fresh, alive, flower arrangement received by them. Thank you so much!! It truly made my day, and theirs! "Beautiful flower arrangement that brings joy to our house", as my 'Ohana told me, on such a sad occasion. Mahalo again!

Delivery was faster than expected! I tried to order for the Friday before Mother's Day, but the closest I could was the Monday after. So I settled and was going to tell my Mother that her gift was going to be late. Flowers forever went above and beyond for me! My sister graduated high school and because of the covid pandemic we were not able to fly over from the main land and share in her special day. I ordered flowers online with flowers forever and was not able to get delivery date for almost a week. The next day I got a call from Katherine asking me about my order and informed me that my order was a box delivery and asked if I wanted them to be an arrangement instead. I explained the situation and she very generously changed my order to an arrangement and told me she would have her driver deliver the arrangement that day in time for the celebration that my family had planned for my sister!! My dad sent me pictures the next day and they were the center piece for the party!! Service was super good! I ordered flowers for my mom on Mother’s Day, and it got made and delivered on the same day. The arrangement was really nice and my mom loved it too. One thing I didn’t realize though was that I filled in some of the delivery information wrong, but got called that day to clarify my order (easy fix!) I really appreciated that phone cal because the order would’ve said my name instead of my mom’s name on the delivery. Another thing I didn’t realize I did wrong was order a shipment of flowers that usually are for mainland orders (make sure you read the description lol), so good thing Alan called to make sure. I’m glad the flowers arrived on time, BUT I was a little disappointed in the arrangement. Both of the green anthuriums already looked ‘old’ (not fresh) and one of the longer stems was yellowed. I wished it looked more like the picture posted. I do some floral arranging and I felt there was too much upper space. Very tall arrangement - not nearly as stunning as the posted picture. In addition, the word ‘peace’ was misspelled.

The centerpiece received is an adaptation of the lovely tropical arrangement pictured on the website to a more "traditional mainland east coast arrangement" with roses, carnations, mums and evergreens. I had a very bad experience ordering online from a company that gave the impression they were based in Lihue. It was a scam, given an F rating by Better Business Bureau I found out later (Troy's Florist). So I was nervous trying an online order again, but in the note space for special directions I asked Flowers Forever to please call me when they opened up my order. Val called me and was most helpful, pleasant and courteous. What I had ordered online was not quite what the recipient got, but Val and I had discussed together what an appropriate bouquet might look like. I live in Maryland... my dear friend Roland "Smokey" Moxley resided on Kauaii for many years... his daughter Molly and granddaughter Gretchen are there for a memorial service.
Over the years I have had many disappointing experiences with the "big" florists... and took a chance with a local Lihue florist... I only wish you were available here too... You did an amazing job! Thank you so very much!

A very close family member passed away and since I live overseas I was somewhat leary of placing an order on-line. I had done before with another service and it was absolutely horrible. However, I needed to get flowers to the service and came across Flowers Forever LLC on Kauai. Placed my order on-line (a week before service) and left specific instructions on delivery place, time, ribbon message. Long story short, both flower arrangements made it to the church and they were gorgeous! My sisters sent pics so I could see. They were extremely grateful. Wonderful job Flowers Forever LLC. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

I specifically ordered from Kauai so that my mom and aunt would receive leis in time for church on mother's day. Lo and behold - they received the flowers - which were beautiful and ONE lei - not two as ordered. I wrote an email to the company and got a phone call two days later. I requested a refund and will hopefully will be receiving it soon. I know that the flowers and lei that were received were lovely but I still cannot get over the disappointment of the missing lei. So my review - is generous because the flowers were so pretty - the order being filled - not so much.

Excellent! Though the flowers were for my mother in law in lihue, I lived out of the island, so everything for me was done online. Wide selection and ordering was easy. Confirmation notifications was promptly received by email.

The flowers were beautiful, the only issue I have is the delivery time. They did not reach my house 6:20 when we were just getting ready to leave for dinner. If I had known it would take that long for delivery I would have ordered them a couple of days earlier .

The flowers were for Valentines Day and a birthday celebration. My wife cried when we walked into our room at the resort and saw the floral arrangement.
