About the Shop
Flowers Forever is a full-service flower shop that offers ready-made cash and carry products such as a variety of beautiful leis, lei po`o (head leis), and various other arrangements, along with flower arrangements such as funeral wreaths, casket sprays, standing sprays, wedding arches, bouquets, boutonnieres and wrist corsages, hair-pieces, and much more. This flower shop also has a set-up and delivery service that is in operation Monday through Sunday. The shop’s hours of operation are 9am to 4pm Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm on Fridays, and the storefront is closed on the weekends. Although the storefront is closed on the weekends, the shop is still busy working to organize set-up and deliveries for funeral services and weddings. The shop offers customers a few different ways to get in contact to place orders as well as platforms for social customer care such as, calling the shop directly to place a phone order, ordering online for web orders, or coming into the shop in person to place an order. Through these communicable choices, customers are able to order and give the shop any feedback that they might want to give.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Everything was easy to set up and schedule a delivery for valentines day. The roses looked Amazing. Aloha, I'm glad I decided to beat the rush for Valentines and ordered for pup at their Lihue store on Tuesday, (Valentines is on Friday this year). The arrangement was unbelievable, and my wife Loved it! But what made it even more special for me was their operational follow through, and attention to details. They called me to find out what time I plan to come by, they called me when it was ready, they sounded so nice and excited for me, then when I picked up, they asked do you want a box, and I automatically said no thank you. The owner I believe, said no we have this special box, so you just buckle it in the seat, that way it won't tip over, Wow what a lifesaver (i actually thought I could hold it and drive, yikes), and the box actually worked. Being a Senior I truly appreciated this attention to detail and the caring follow-up!
