Terrible. I placed an order Thursday May 9 for the flowers to be delivered May 10 and the flowers were two days toooo late. Then not only did they charge for a two day late delivery they delivered an awful arrangement that is nothing to what the arrangement picture looks like, not what I paid for. This needs to be fixed. I need a refund for the terrible customer service and for delivering a terrible/awful arrangement to my mother.

Fast delivery. Nice website. Flowers did not look as full as pictured on the website especially since I paid for the extra flowers. That was disappointing.

It looked nothing like what I ordered and I even called the store to make sure it would be nice and similar. The vase looked smaller and 3 of the flowers weren’t even blooming so just was an ugly arrangement. For the amount of money I spent on it I’m very disappointed and won’t be using them again.

Flowers that were delivered weren’t close to the picture. We actually had to buy extra flowers to fill the vase more to make it look more full.

Well the picture of the flowers and what was received are 2 different things. I gold a 3rd of the flowers shown in the picture and purchased the premium package. Disappointing for sure.

The store did not get the online order initially. (I called the store on delivery day).
However the person in the store acted highly professionally - he called the company and found my order and called me back that they would deliver on time. And they did! I was very happy with that as well as a recipient.
I would recommend to make a selection online and call the store directly for this reason.

DO NOT ORDER from here!! The most horrible and unprofessional flower delivery experience I've ever had! Congratulatory flower bouquet was delivered 6 days late to a graduating family member (despite advance booking and close proximity to a local address)- and it was only delivered after constant follow-ups by the recipient. Terrible embarrassment, made even worse by the tiny size of the bouquet, worth $7 at best and not the $75+ I paid for. There are a very few time I've felt conned on the internet and sadly, this was one of those moments.

horrible bait and switch. looked nothing like the picture AT ALL. totally different flowers, no rainbow roses. Not to mention significantly smaller.
Also there was a quote from one of the gospels on my note. Not cool.
Just some advice, if you're going to steal from people, probably not the best time for unsolicited missionizing.

I was extremely surprised at how cheap the arrangement looked. It was not at all like the one I picked. I had even upgraded to a bigger one and the one that arrived was not at all what I expected. I will not be recommending this florist for any future business.

Well, things were delivered timely and that's great...buuuuuut it wasn't what I actually ordered. I ordered the Spiritual Tribute Bouquet, which is an AMAZING looking red orchid bouquet, but they received red roses. While they were beautiful and healthy looking, it is not what I would chose to send to a family in loss as it was. It was a bit odd, so I wasn't completely happy since it isn't what I ordered. I guess I would have appreciated someone reaching out to me if this wasn't in stock. Or the website needs to be updated with what can actually be provided. These things cost alot, so you want to know what is happening and know that you're paying for exactly what you think you're getting!

Not an expensive arrangement, ordered day before Mother's Day (which for a florist is beyond last minute) and they truly delivered a thing of beauty that made my mom very happy. Thanks guys, I'd love to order from you again!

I placed an order 6 days ago to be delivered also 6 days ago. The order was not delivered and when I called to check on the order, no one answered and the voice mailbox was full. I have given the info to my mom (who the order was for) since I'm out-of-state hoping she can stop by the florist in person and see what the deal is.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. They delivered a beautiful bouquet for our family member for Mother’s Day. The flower arrangement looked exactly like what we ordered. Great job by this florist.

I wasn’t sure when they were going to make the delivery because they hadn’t called to schedule a time I ended up calling and speaking to the owner who was kind enough to call my mother and find out a good time for delivery my mother loves the flowers and they look absolutely beautiful thank you so much

Some flowers weren't the best. Did petals we're dead looking. My arrangement didn't have the fern leaves. It would have probably looked better with the little white flowers instead. And I paid extra for the best package. The delivery time took a long time. Abs the location was half a mile away. So the wait was frustrating
The reaction from the recipient was okay.

Not a good experience and I would definitely not reccomend this company.
Despite having paid to upgrade to deluxe from standard, the flowers were only half the size portrayed in the photo on the website. One would imagine paying to upgrade would enhance the order not make it smaller than advertised.
When I called at 3 in the afternoon because the recipient had not received the order the man who answered the phone was rude and very unhelpful.
Between the quality of the product and the service provided, I was very unhappy and the recipient did not get the "Wow" factor one would expect for spending so much and upgrading the purchase.

The flowers I ordered for my daughter’s birthday were nothing like the picture that was posted online. When I called the store, the gentleman was so rude. I will never order from this store again. I will let all my UofA moms not to order from this store. Completely dissatisfied!!

Frankly a little underwhelmed. Considering the price ($50) it was just a little small (i have ca pic). This is my first time using this business to send flowers to my folks - I live out of state- (have historically used a competitor) and I'm not sure I'd use them again.

Placed an order to be delivered on Mother’s Day and was never delivered and have yet to get a refund after I was told I would get one!!! Seems to me a pretty shade business!! Still waiting on my refund!!

I did not place this order. As soon as I received the email confirmation, I contacted the shop and told them to stop the order because it was credit card fraud. They said they would not place the order, then I received an email a few days later saying that the order was delivered.
This order was made by a TASHA WILSON.
Beware, as this is a terrible human being to be sending gifts with someone else's credit card.

The floral gift was ordered and delivered later the same day. It was big, beautiful, and full of quality blooms. The recipient was absolutely thrilled to receive such a wonderful gift. The floral arrangement, handling and prompt delivery exceeded my expectations.

...highly upset at the quality and delivery times .....if anyone wants to see the picture on their website and what i got....more than happy to send it....totally disappointed...do not order from these people....i will b reporting them to the better business bureau....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM....

The bouquet of roses were spectacular and the custom order of pink and white roses in the basket was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law after she had surgery. I thought by choosing a local florist I could trust the quality of the product and that the delivery would be as promised. After I received an email that they were delivered a day late I contacted my mother in law and she never even received the flowers. I immediately called the local number and the message box was full and couldn’t receive messages. I then discovered that most of the reviews online were for 1 star and other people had similar experiences. I always support local when I can but this feels like I bought from a 1-800 number that doesn’t even have local ties. Do not use this florist as there are plenty of other options in this area. I wish I would have looked up the reviews before I ordered.

The Flowers my Daughter received were not even close to your picture......there were no red roses in the top of the display....only white....I was very disappointed in the picture she sent us as compared to the displayed picture,,,,We will not use your business again.....

Leaving 1,500 miles away, I didn't get to see the actual bouquet, but definitely appreciated the way I was kept abreast of when the delivery took place and that it was received by the recipient. Excellent service!

Well to begin my flowers looked nothing like they did in the picture including the vase. I wanted bright colors for my mom to lift up her spirits. There were barely any flowers and were put in a BLACK vase. Why in the world would a black vase be used in a Daylight bouquet??? I was very disappointed with this whole order.
