In June 2025, my Mom turned 90 years young! Since I live out of state, I called Flowers Extraordinaire and ordered the premium version of the 'Vibrant Jewel' arrangement. My Mom was so excited that her flowers were so colourful and so plentiful! I started getting daily pictures of the flowers after a week. My Mom was singing the praises of her 'Vibrant Jewel' flowers even after two weeks! Thank You, Flowers Extraordinaire, for making an already special day a colourful celebration!

Our Team all chipped in and were proud that we collected enough to upgrade from the pictured mid-range planter to the premium arrangement for our Colleague's Funeral for his sister. The upgrade was to include additional fresh flowers. NOT the case. We believe the Florist must have assumed we would not be there to see it, but we were.
There were fewer fresh flowers in the arrangement than what was pictured on a Much cheaper arrangement! What a rip off... and for someone's funeral! Not everyone has money to throw away. Shame on this florist for taking advantage of people by selling an upgrade and not delivering the upgrade!

The flowers did not look anything like the picture. There was a hand written note with the card indicating the flowers hadn't bloomed yet. I have no idea how they turned out. They were for a work anniversary which happens to fall on Valentines day. I ordered the flowers with a round helium Happy Anniversary balloon that had confetti and ribbons as a design. They delivered the flowers with a half deflated heart shaped happy anniversary balloon with hearts on it. This was not appropriate for a work anniversary balloon. I will most likely choose to order flowers from an different company next time.

Left Baltimore in 79 to join the military. Retired, now live in lower Alabama. Not a big fan for special occasions and definitely hate buying gifts for others, that's probably why they call me "Grumpy or Grump-pa". Unless I know exactly what someone wants, their guaranteed to get cash, a gift card, or flowers. That goes for everyone (family & friends). My mother loves flowers. You guessed it, for almost 40 years she has received flowers for all special occasion. For the majority of those 40 years I used the same local florist. They closed about 2 years ago, then I found Flowers Extraordinaire. I been using this florist now for about a year. My mother has never been happier, she always rave's how the flowers are perfectly arranged (symmetrical & balanced) with a presentation that echoes the florist's meticulous patience and skill. I don't think you need to be a rocket scientist to figure out who will be delivering flowers to my mother in the future. Like they say, "when mom's happy, everyone's happy"!

No I didn’t like it. I upgraded to the best and it came with red roses. One by each hand of the bear. And one big rose between the bears legs that were wide open. My daughters 40th birthday and she will remember her bear with a red penis. The bow was around the neck and not on the bears head. I always dressed my daughter in pink with a pink bow in her hair. Needless to say I was so upset! I wanted to make her day happy and I got a phone call laughing about a bear with a red penis.
