I contacted Zach-Low directly to see if they could get gladiolus for the Garden Delights Arrangement and they said they could. They weren't sure what color their distributor would have but they assured me they would get something to coordinate. Well, they knocked it out of the park with this gorgeous arrangement. I needed a last minute flower arrangement sent to a restaurant for dinner that evening. I called Zach Low in the morning and ordered an arrangement off of their website. My brother, who lived in New Mexico, recently passed away. As I am from an East coast state, I wanted to find a NM local florist who could work with me to get the flowers delivered timely to the church and also help design the arrangement. Not sure who I spoke to at the flower shop, but she was fantastic. She helped me to decide what colors to use as my brother was a teacher and coach had a local high school for 40+ years. She was able to look up the school and determine the school colors and incorporate them into the flower arrangement. Always 5 stars when I order from Zach-Low. Delivery is on time and the arrangement is always beautiful and long lasting. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve asked to change the note on a card a couple of times, and they are always accommodating. They’re also reasonably priced. Best local flower shop in Albuquerque!

The red and white roses were absolutely perfectly arranged and beautiful. They fit around the urn box just right. Made the display table the perfect way to honor my husband allowing for 2 8x10 wedding photos on either side. Long lasting flowers as well....were still fresh for over a week at home. Everything arrived at the memorial service on time. Perfect!

Everything was wonderful, from the person who took my call to the gorgeous centerpiece itself. This was a semi-custom arrangement, based on a design that already existed, but with roses added, different-colored candles, and snowflake mums substituted for some other type. I'm so grateful they managed to find the snowflake mums despite the extremely short notice I gave them.

Having purchased flower arrangements from many different florists in the past, I can honestly say that Flowers by Zach-Low is the best ever! The flower dog in a pumpkin vase arrangement exceeded my expectations. It was both beautiful and precious at the same time and made a real visual impact! They are a delightful company to work with--so friendly and accommodating-- a real pleasure. I wish all florists were this good! A wonderful service they do on all their orders is to send the purchaser an email when the flowers have been delivered as well as a photo of the actual arrangement. Daniel was also very helpful. I had to pick up the order and they put them in boxes that were able to accommodate me driving around. When I found out that my daughter was working from home on her birthday, I decided to order flowers for her birthday and was hopeful that they could be delivered that same day. I called Zach-Low and was very pleased that they could be. I ordered the Designer's Choice with some roses and requested that they make it colorful. They did not disappoint. They emailed me my receipt immediately. A little later in the day, they emailed me a picture of the arrangement that they had created. They said I would get another email when it was delivered. I love Flowers by Zach-Low! I was first introduced to this flower shop through Yelp. Have used them ever since. I ordered a specially priced rose arrangement for Thanksgiving for my mom at a great price due to their supplier sending an extra supply of roses. Absolutely beautiful! I picked them up with no touch delivery at their store in downtown Albuquerque. Highly recommend these folks for all of your flower arrangement needs. Quality is above and beyond!

After getting hung up on by a big online floral biz, I remembered Zac-Low! I wanted to surprise my sister and her staff as they serve their four-footed clients amidst the holiday hustle and bustle.The added s'more topped brownie treats helped me do that. Turns out Danielle Low knows my sister, a long-time customer, who gives clients flowers when their pets cross the rainbow bridge. Her fav flower is the sunflower. Danielle designed a special arrangement for her as you see here along with the pan of treats which I am sure are long gone by now! The bouquet was a huge hit. Drop dead gorgeous is what she said! I usually am not the one to complain especially when I have always been super satisfied with all my prior purchases but I was disappointed as well as Cathy on the arrangement she received yesterday. The creativity was great but it was not what I expected. For the price and occasion I think of glass vases and long stems, my bad, in the future I will communicate that to you. It would certainly be a great center price or office arrangement but not what I would expect for an Anniversary. Flowers by Zach-Low made ordering incredibly simple! I called from out of state, ordering a sympathy bouquet. They were so friendly and helpful. I placed my order with a budget and the request to use sunflowers. They completely exceeded my expectations. I was able to submit payment over the phone. I received an initial email confirmation, then a second one with a photo of the arrangement!

They let me know that my order was on the second route for the day, and within a few minutes, I was sent a tracking number that could see live details of the order being delivered. Being over a thousand miles away, this was wonderfully reassuring.

My sweet friend, who is in mourning, thought the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. From the pictures she sent, it looks massive!

I only wish that their incredible business was in California so I could order from them more often!

The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful. She made it easy to figure out just what I wanted to send. The customer service is excellent. During this time of a pandemic, it's wonderful to have a floral company you can trust. After searching for a local, next day delivery of a birthday bouquet, at a reasonable price, I ordered easily through the Zach-Low website. The option to request certain color into the arrangement added a nice personal touch. On the day of delivery, I received an email with an actual photo of the finished arrangement and then a text with a real time link informing me the arrangement was out for delivery. The link allowed me to follow delivery and drop off! The recipient of the arrangement was thrilled! I was impressed! And I highly recommend using Zach-Low as your next and only florist. And of course support local!

Flowers are absolutely beautiful! And the delivery service was exceptional. I received a text that the flowers were on the way with a GPS map showing the delivery vehicle approaching my home. I watched as the driver put on disposable gloves, then wiped down the tea pot with a disinfecting wipe. He wore a mask and left the flowers outside. Excellent COVID delivery protocol!

The delivery looked almost exactly like the picture! A few weeks ago I spent $60+ to send my mom an arrangement from ProFlowers and I was horrified at what she received vs. what I thought I was ordering. The gift card said they were from “Albertsons Floral Department”. If I wanted flowers from the grocery store I would’ve picked them out myself and paid a lot less! Full disclosure: I am a repeat customer who is always thrilled with what Zach-Low comes up with. My favorite way to order is via their designer's choice with some basic guidelines (No lilies or other virulently poisonous-to-cats flowers) and a predisposition to carnations, delphinium, and roses. I've also sent in pictures of something and asked her to do a floral representation -- like photos of fall foliage in the northeast US.

This time was different. I really fell for one of their standard offerings called "Into the Woods," but it had some daisies (or daisy-like flowers), and for no known reason I dislike that type of flower immensely. I used the next tier up of designer's choice and asked for something bright red to replace a large two-tone gerbera in the original arrangement as well as carnations and something purple, and nothing that even remotely resembled daisies.

This is what she designed,and I absolutely adore it. The red flowers are stunning, and I love the bright rainbow effect with the vase designed to look like a log. I've lived in several states and dealt with many regional florists, but this is one of the most gorgeous arrangements I have seen, and the list also includes other Zach-Low bouquets past.

Design aside, the rest of the experience was wonderful as well. The delivery came on the date I requested it, even though it was a last-minute request. The flowers were fresh and lovely and are still vibrant even after the time that has elapsed. If I had to complain, it would be that the photo doesn't do the actual arrangement justice.

I live in Kansas City so finding a florist to deliver flowers for my mom who lives in Albuquerque is always hard to find. I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement we received. I upgraded to the 200.00 flowers and even the funeral home said it looked like the standard arrangement. So for the extra cost it did not seem to have any more flowers and looked cheap. This was for my mom so it was supposed to be very special.

Sometimes flowers are needed on short notice. Being able to order online and see what could be delivered today was great! I also receive a text when the arrangement was going out and another when it had been delivered! The most surprising and considerate thing was getting an email with a picture of the actual arrangement going out. There are times your product doesn't match the picture and this allowed me to see exactly what was sent from another state. Thank you, Zack-Low, this was a great experience and great flowers!

Every year I send my mom flowers from Zach-Low for her birthday. Last year I was a little disappointed in them. But this year, I was absolutely nothing but impressed! The colors were amazing and the hand written card was such a thoughtful and special touch. I ordered them the day of her birthday and they were delivered in the afternoon. Impressive! They sent me an email AND a text message to let me know that they were on their way to be delivered and another email with a "bloom snap" of the actual arrangement. They sent a picture of the actual arrangement before it was delivered, a text message showing in real time where the delivery driver was and an email letting me know that no one was home. Flowers delivered did not look like flowers in picture. The picture shows an assortment of various colors and they were scattered throughout the arrangement. The flowers that were delivered had three colors, each in a single row in the arrangement. I did like the bloomsnap sent to my email when the arrangement was done. The arrangement I received was not so dynamic and spread out. Seemed to be put together with minimal creativity. I also liked getting a text that my arrangement was on its way and I could track where the delivery driver was. Disappointed in the arrangement received vs. what I wanted in the picture.

This was my second order from FbJ-L. Both times I’ve ordered the $20 Tuesday special and had them delivered. My girlfriend has been happy with cute little arrangements. After delivery and fees it’s about $32. I feel you get exactly what you’re paying for. The email updates and snapshot of the arrangement were excellent touches.

2 beautiful arrangements and everyone was helpful and friendly. They were both "Designers Choice" but they did a great job or making them unique from each other and they looked great together. I learned of Flowers by Zach-Low two weeks ago when my son sent me flowers for Mother's Day and I was absolutely floored. The beautiful rainbow of roses for my Grandma's casket spray was perfect! I found this company online in desperate need to get flowers to a friend. Online ordering said that orders placed on the latter part of the day will be delivered on the next business day. Included in the "Message to Deliverer" I wrote a friend was in dire need of these "same day". I recieved a call saying they would make the delivery AND the order was upgraded and no additional charge. I cannot speak highly enough of this business and the customer service that contacted me. So very appreciated!! Will not hesitate to use again!!
