|I ordered a deluxe graduation bouquet online and picked it up in store. For nearly $90, I expected a much higher standard in both flower quality and presentation. The bouquet came wrapped in basic white tissue paper and plastic, which felt underwhelming for the price point.
After removing the wrap in just a few hours, I noticed that the flowers and leaves looked far from fresh. The flower booths on campus were offering vibrant and beautiful bouquets for less than half—or even a third—of the price.
The product didn’t meet expectations, especially for such a special occasion. I hope the florist can take this feedback seriously and work on improving both freshness and presentation for premium orders.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
