Obviously this florist has no regards for customer satisfaction and certainly does not know how to communicate. I wish I would have read the other reviews having the same problem of not receiving what was ordered. Dealing with this florist was the worst experience I have ever had with a florist! I placed an order on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.

I called that morning to get an idea of a time for the delivery to make sure my daughter-in-law would be home. The phone to Flowers By Us just rang. I called 5 times and finally someone answered at 1:05 pm.

The lady I spoke to was Judy who said they had no orders for a delivery that day. I gave her the information and she kept asking where I ordered them from, I gave her the website which she confirmed was her website. She said she didn’t do deliveries that day.

After insisting I placed an order on their website and my credit card was charged she finally found the order, and said she didn’t have these particular flowers but could do something very comparable in blue, white and some yellow. I said that would be fine I just would like them to be delivered that day.

What was received was the most hideous arrangement I have ever seen, and certainly not worth $63.55. I called repeatedly to express my disappointment and again, the phone just rings. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. How unprofessional! I made every effort to get a replacement or a refund before placing this review. However, no response.

I wish I could attach a photo of what I ordered and a photo of what was delivered. What an embarrassment it was to see these flowers! Honestly, it looks like she just grabbed a handful of flowers and threw them in a vase. If you cannot provide the service you advertise then refund the money so customers can order from a florist who can deliver what they promise!

The flowers I had sent my friend were pretty, but they were delivered 3 days early. My friend just started her own business and so I sent her a congratulatory bouquet to be delivered on 5/1/25. I got an email that they were delivered on 4/28/25 (and on the email it even gave the date of 5/1/25). I specifically chose the date because she was on a trip and would be returning home the day before scheduled delivery, so since they got delivered 3 days early she wasn’t even home to receive them and they just sat at her door. I contacted Flowers by US the day that it happened but have yet to hear back. Pretty flowers, but I am not too happy with delivery and customer service.

This was my mom’s first Valentine’s Day since my dad passed and I wanted to do something special for her. The flowers were beautiful as always. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that they didn’t arrive until late in the evening. I know it’s a very busy delivery day. I just wish they had gotten to her earlier in the day.

Very poor, ordered flowers on line for Tuesday May 24 delivery. Called in said they were on the truck , end of day not delivered called back , they missed my order on line . Told them to deliver Friday May 27 , called at 12:00 noon she said they will be delivered by 12:00 noon , I told it is 12 noon now and she said oh, she said they should be delivered in the hour . Went into shop , they had flowers on the truck to be delivered so I got them and took them to my daughter. The flowers did not look fresh, very disappointed and will never order from them again. Very disorganized and passive! Had to ask for my $5 deliver fee back.

You sent an email to my son asking how pleased he was for the delivery on 12/4/2020. I was home all day and nothing was delivered to my address. Your service sucks! This is not the first time this issue occurred. I would not recommend your company to anyone. You would think with the pandemic and things are slow everywhere, you would be more attentive to details to retain business. If a zero could be given that would be my review. So when will the flowers be delivered, or I am wasting my time asking?

I ordered these flowers for my daughter in law from my grandson. The card that was included did not say what it was suppose to. It should have said "I love you! Happy Mother's Day! Love Always, Josiah" in stead the card was hand written and simply said "I love you". So very disappointed.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
