About the Shop
Our shop has joyfully served Laguna Beach and the surrounding areas for over thirty years. It's wonderful that flowers appear at all of life's milestones. We are always so honored to provide our services when the occasion calls - for the happy times and the sad. Whatever your floral needs, wedding, parties, funeral or just because, we are always available to help.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Dear Maggie, You are too sweet! Thank you so much for sending Dawn (and I) a basket full of plants. It truly was not necessary (especially to send me one). They are BEAUTIFUL! I am actually a little embarrassed, as this was not my intent. I just wanted to let you know that a phone call would of been nice to let me know that we would be receiving a pot versus a basket.
