How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (843) 448-4400, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (843) 448-4400 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Regarding the delivery: Although we always aim to deliver same-day, due to a high volume of orders and after confirming that your event was scheduled for 9:30 a.m., we delivered your arrangement at 8:30 a.m. the next day, which was well ahead of your event time.
For the wrapping: While we used to wrap roses in tissue, we’ve upgraded to a high-quality decorative wrap that, while plastic, is designed to better protect the flowers and present beautifully. We also added a water source on the ends of each rose, a ribbon, and a bow for an elegant touch.
About the missing baby’s breath: Due to an unusually high demand, we were completely sold out at the time of your order. To compensate, we ensured your bouquet was presented attractively with the decorative wrap and bow.

We apologize that you did not like the dusty miller that was added to your roses. We did a demonstration in the store to show the freshness of the flower, and to show how the flower naturally comes. We cannot control your ideas of "ugly" or not. While some people love dusty miller, some do not. Redoing the roses without the dusty miller was our attempt to satisfy. While we added baby's breath for the classic look, we also added silver dollar eucalyptus as a upgrade. As for the roses dying, our roses were as fresh as possible coming directly from the farm to our store for Valentine's Day. Some customers often forget to check that they have kept the adequate water level to maintain the freshness. If you have any questions or need assistance with your arrangement, feel free to contact us during our normal business hours.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
