I live 4 hours away from my mother and she was going through a difficult time. I contacted Nicole and she put together a beautiful bouquet and included many scented flowers at my request. She also provided a photo of the bouquet so that I could see what she had put together and it was beautiful. I love the personal touch and prompt delivery of the flowers and this is such a wonderful part of Nicole's business. Such a rare thing in this day and age to be able to speak with a person and customize what you are ordering. Will definitely order from her again. Thank you Nicole!

My daughter lives in Boyceville and I live over 3 hours away from her. I have had flowers delivered to her when she is sick, birthdays and just any reason. I found a John Deere arrangement online and asked if Flowers by Nicole could make something like it for my step-dads celebration of life. What she made was amazing. Flowers were beautiful! Nicole was great to work with. She sent a picture of the arrangement that would be delivered and also sent another email letting me that it had been delivered. It was so nice of her to keep in touch so I wasn't left hanging wondering if my delivery had made it to it's destination. I was a 1st timer with Nicole and I will surely be a 2nd timer and 3rd... Although it was pretty, it was sparse for what I paid for the upgrade. Plus some flowers broke off. Could've used more babies breath as filler and more carnations. There was no tall features either.

When picking out the style of flowers I picked a darker orange tone like a sunset with a bird nest and asked for a cardinal.
She turned it into a beautiful sunrise with the flowers available. No complaints

To be honest, I was somewhat disappointed when I saw it at the funeral home. I think more could have been done to make it more charming. Especially for how much it cost & also from the beautiful arrangements I have seen you have done.

I apologize Ardis, I know large plants aren't very cheap. I did use a premium wired framed basket pot cover that is very sturdy, that was some of the expense. Is there anything that I can do remedy this?
