As a top florist in Downing, WI, each of my floral arrangements get the time and personalized attention they deserve. I passionately make all bouquets in house, and personally deliver to your recipient so they are guaranteed to receive fresh and beautiful flowers every time with an added personal touch.

I've been arranging flowers since 1999, with certificates from Floral Design Institute in Basic Floral Design and Advanced Floral Designs. I worked in 2 local floral shops before opening Flowers by Nicole in 2010.
I specialize in flower designs with emphasis on weddings and events. I love to personalize floral arrangements.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
