|“I recently ordered the premium ‘Elenor’ bouquet from your website to congratulate a friend on her newborn. I specifically chose this arrangement because of its soft autumnal tones and elegant composition, as shown on your website. However, what my friend received was completely different—an arrangement with red roses and none of the white flowers that were prominently displayed in the original design. This was very disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid for the bouquet. The lack of attention to detail in delivering what was advertised is unacceptable. I expected much better quality and service. Please ensure this does not happen to others in the future.
