Hi Jodi, I'm a little confused by your review, you selected this low design? I figured you wanted the family to take it home and thats why you chosed that design to go to a funeral service. The order was designed based on your order. To leave a one star review for something you personally picked on my website is a little unfair. All my customers always call whenever they have questions on my website, I would've loved if you picked up the phone and ask the questions on the design. Im glad you said it was beautiful which it was, and I hope you were happy we filled the order to the picture you saw and was delivered with love and on time of service.

I'm a little confused about this review, we delivered the flowers to a flower room to the funeral home and put tag for Thomas Quinn, once delivered there the funeral directors will take the piece and put it on the correct room? We do NOT put the flowers in the service rooms, the directors would do that. If the director put it in the wrong room that has nothing to do with us. I feel you should have called me so that we can explain the process. I spoke with Laura funeral director and she had no idea there was even an issue with these flowers? Again i'm confused.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
