Beautiful arrangement of bright, summery flowers. The arrangement was ready for pickup in a very short time.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 rating was because one of the sunflower stems was too long and the flower drooped down the side of the vase in a few hours. We took it out, cut the stem back and put it in a vase by itself and it's doing very nicely - right next to the arrangement.

My friend and I went to this event not knowing what to expect but what a lovely day! We really enjoyed it. In addition to Flowers by Marianne being a flower shop, they have sooooo many other things there from clothes, jewelry, candles, body lotions and, their space is available for rent. So happy I found Marianne. Last minute I had another company call the day of delivery to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order with no alternative. As I did a quick search and found Flowers by Marianne, I was able to place the order online. I then called Marianne to confirm and she was so kind and happy to help! I was a little disappointed with the flowers I ordered.
The picture on the website showed a rectangular box for the flowers, but the arrangement that was delivered in a box 1/3 the size of what the box size on the website.
It makes me wonder if there were less flowers in the display because of the limited size of the box.

I called the day before to make sure they could deliver the next day for my girlfriends birthday.
They assured me they would be delivered by the end of the day, and I’d get a confirmation email once they were delivered. Purchased the premium arraignment and I was disappointed with the size of the arraignment. Took a picture of it and it was about the same size of a water bottle. For over $110 I had hoped it was larger. Delivery was spot in and the flowers were colorful just not sure they delivered the right size.

I worked over the phone with Faith to plan an arrangement for an outdoor internment. Faith incorporated all the flowers I specifically requested and weighted the arrangement so that I did not have to worry about it flying away during a blustery March service. When I picked up the arrangement, I had a few things to tuck into it. Staff helped me with that. Great customer service all around. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Wasn’t to thrilled with the experience this time. On top of the entire ordeal the flowers arrived not as pictured the picture had a matching purple bow…. The bow on the flowers was a blue checkered bow that didn’t even match. The flowers were purple and yellow the blue bow clashed big time.

The wreath was absolutely beautiful and deserved at least 4 stars. What took away from it was there was no card saying who the wreath was from. In fact, we used Marianne's for all the funeral floral arrangments and none had cards, which left us scribbling messages and they had to be tucked into the flowers to stay put. I don't understand why there is a message box on the website to write a message. Mine was a simple, "Dear Brother and Beloved Uncle." How hard is that?

I give the seller 5 stars, because of here honesty that she would need to order them. I so appreciate the call that she made to me letting me know that rather just sending something else. I have experience that from other florists in the past. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because the arrangement has only one bunch of the hydrangea unlike what the photo shows being many groups of them.

I was disappointed with the arrangement that my mother received for Mother’s Day. I had upgraded to the premium arrangement and the arrangement that my mother received, did not look anything like the picture nor did it look like the money I spent for it. It was a small arrangement with a different, unattractive vase (again, nothing like the picture of the preview I received). I called the flower shop that day to discuss my issues and was told that someone would get back to me and they never did! Not what I expected regarding quality or service from a shop that my family and I spend a lot of money at for many different occasions!

When I called to alert them, the response startled me--they wanted to go to her house and collect the extra bouquet. This seemed very classless and I was disappointed. The correct response would have been "Please keep the bouquet, it's on us since we made the error." The fact that I paid $20 for a delivery fee was salt in the wound.

To be honest, the centerpiece delivered to my parents looked much smaller than the picture on your web site. They sent us a picture when it was delivered and although beautiful, I wondered if the correct one was delivered. We paid for the deluxe centerpiece and for the price we paid, I thought it was pretty small. The one on your website looks wider and larger. However, they were delivered on time, and on the right day, so I guess that was good.

I received this arrangement back in November when my baby was born and I loved the flowers only issue was they started to wilt a day later I thought it was just a one off issue and although I was disappointed they didn't last they were beautiful for that one day. When I needed to order flowers this week for a friend I figured I would try ordering these same flowers for a friend and when I went to her house the day after they were delivered they looked like mine did back in November all wilted after one day :( I took a picture in case you would like to see.

The arrangement was for the wake of a loved one and the message card was not completed to include my full message or the closing. I had to search for it at the services and complete the message and signature. I was a bit disappointed with the addition of fresh cuts that were supposedly with the "deluxe" upgrade also. I received a picture of the flowers from the recipient, the bouquet looks nothing like the photo on the left. The flowers were dark purple, almost black and way to many of them. So instead of a cheery bright arrangement it looks plan ugly and much smaller , definitely missing sunflowers

The arrangement wasn't nearly as full as in the picture but it still delivered a nice purple arrangement with lavender roses. I hoped there would have been lilacs included as shown in the picture but there weren't. It was also delivered the day before I requested so it was delivered to the recipient's coworkers who then spoiled the surprise of having them specifically delivered to her.
