My grieving friend received a regular bouquet. she sent me a picture of the bouquet in her thank you text and I was severely disappointed. Your prices are already very expensive, so you should be able to deliver a product commensurate with your prices.

I sent the "Deal of the Day" from another state. My daughter was surprised and very pleased with birthday arrangement. She noted the flowers were beautiful and smelled great for days. The floral aroma filled her school rooms and home with a pleasing fragrance.
I was disappointed my request for a delivery time was not transferred from the website order to the staff making plans as delivery was hours later than I asked in the comments and details before paying.
At the end of the day, my daughter didn't know any different and it was a good, happy day for her. She is still thanking me days later.
Since I live out of state, I would use this florist again when needing flowers in this area.

Very excited that the order could be fulfilled the day before Valentines Day. The arrangement was beautiful, however it said the arrangement would be at least the size of the picture but was actually a little smaller and by upgrading to premium it was supposed to add even more flowers to the arrangement but it didn’t have as flowers as the basic one in this picture without any upgrades which made me feel like I paid the additional for nothing. I also ordered chocolates with it that were undelivered as well. I called back on February14 to discuss and left my number with someone and no one has yet to return my call.

Very beautiful arrangement. They did not have certain colors as the reference I picked out and communicated affectively and asked if I was ok with a change in certain flower colors.
