We offer flower delivery to the communities of Upland, Claremont, Chino, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga and the surrounding neighborhoods. Inspired by a lifelong love for flowers and nature, we are dedicated to bringing beauty and joy to your special occasions. Whether it's a funeral, wedding, graduation, or any other milestone, our arrangements are designed to make every moment memorable. We specialize in creating heartfelt funeral arrangements, with our signature pieces being shaped arrangements like crosses and hearts. Our commitment to quality starts with choosing the best vendors and ensuring our flowers remain hydrated until they reach their new homes. Our shop's philosophy is simple: "Get out and smell the flowers, there is enough for everyone." Creating art with flowers has been a dream of mine since I was little. My love for flowers and nature, and the incredible beauty that mother earth can grow, has always inspired me. There's nothing quite like bringing beauty into someone's occasion or life. The colors and natural patterns of flowers can make any room come alive. At Flowers by Luz Michelle, my style is heartwarming and smile-creating, featuring big, elegant, traditionally inspired arrangements. I focus on crafting full and voluminous arrangements using only nutrient-dense and hydrated flowers. I am dedicated to serving my clients with friendly, high-quality customer service while providing a high-quality experience and production. This is a small family business, and as a mother of five children, I am blessed to have their help in running it. They are a big part of what makes this business thrive, contributing their energy, support, and love to everything we do. One of my most memorable moments is seeing the joy and happiness on my clients' faces when they receive one of my arrangements. Knowing I have brought someone happiness and seeing them become uplifted motivates me and brings me a fulfilling sense of peace. I take great care in sourcing my flowers, going through verified wholesalers and getting to know the vendors to ensure I have vitamin-rich, sustainably sourced flowers stored in the best conditions. This attention to detail ensures that every arrangement I create brings comfort, peace, love, warmth, and happiness. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (909) 912-9984, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Hi Jacqueline,
my apologies for your unsatisfactory of the arrangement. As you stated you were under the impression the pumpkin was a real pumpkin, as stated in the description it says it's a ceramic pumpkin vase. I do a real pumpkin also and that says REAL Pumpkin on the name of arrangement. As for the fall leaves, they are dropping down in picture shown, being they are real reserved leaves. |I had put a request for delivering within a specific time window in my order notes (knowing it would not be guaranteed) and I was SO appreciative to find out they made sure to deliver as requested! I loved receiving a notification confirming when the arrangement was delivered, followed by a photo (which I've never seen from other florists/floral deliveries elsewhere!) 5/5 starts--thank you!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
