I feel as if the arrangement could have been more full. 3 roses, 3 carnation and a bunch of daisy's did not fit the vase correctly . There was not much greenery in the arrangement. It was flat with out depth and dimension.

The teacup was very pretty & looks exactly as pictured, but the flowers were a burnt orange color, nothing like the picture & the orange looked really bad with the pink colors on the teacup, plus there was several dry brownish petals that I had to pull off before placing it at the funeral. Was running late so didn't have time to do anything about it & I will probably order again, maybe it was just an off day. The family all complimented the actual teacup part.

Having lived and worked in Grayling for most of my twenty years here in Northern Michigan, I always try to keep my business local. Even when businesses shift ownership, I do my very best to give the new owners the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately this time, I feel as if I may have to start looking elsewhere when it comes to a local florist.
Case and point; this past Valentine's Day I ordered a bouquet that looked beautiful online. I bought with confidence because not only has the business been one I've ordered from before (and been pleased with), but the site clearly stated that the pic I was viewing was a "standard size", and for the price, it looked like a good deal. So imagine my surprise and disappointment when I received a pic of my order from my girlfriend and the bouquet was noticeably smaller and nowhere near what the website advertised in regards to their "standard size". Since I'm normally not one to complain about such things, I made sure I brought my concerns to a few friends and fellow coworkers who assured me my complaints were not only valid, but a few of them had also had similar experiences and have since taken their business elsewhere.
I then reached out to the owners directly to let them know of my concerns and have yet to hear a response, which was even more disappointing. I too work for a local business where I also receive occasional complaints and always make sure I address them, even if the end result may not be what the customer wants to hear. But I always make sure they know they've been heard and that I truly do want to help even if it's not within my ability to do so. I just wish this particular business shared that mindset.

Sorry to say I was very disappointed with my purchase. It was NOT what was advertised online. I purposely picked this bouquet because of the bright yellow smiley face mug and because it was so cheery!! And it could be used as a coffee mug later. It was delivered with yellow and white flowers, but only a basic yellow short planter. I am a local resident, so I would have at least liked a phone call from the florist if they did not have the mugs available. Then I would have had the opportunity to decide on an alternate bouquet. That being said, my friend said the flowers were beautiful!

The flowers are beautiful and hearty and my daughter loves them. I was totally bummed that the bright yellow smile mug pictured was not what was received. I was hoping I would drink my tea from it when visiting. The message to her also didn't make as much sense as it was about smiling. My daughter does like the yellow vase she received, she's going to use it on her desk at school for pencils etc. Delivery was exceptional, the light tapping on the side door warded off a barking frenzy. I was disappointed that there were no roses or wax flower, only carnations and mums with a lot of green filler. I did order the deluxe, hoping that at least some sweetheart roses would be used. Since I ordered 4 days before delivery there should have been time to obtain what was needed.

I ordered flowers on April 2nd to be delivered on April 14th. My Mother in law did not receive them by 5:00pm so I called. I was told that they had forgotten and would send them over shortly. I informed the lady that she had just left for dinner and to deliver them first thing in the morning. They were delivered around noon. The arrangement I ordered was the Teleflora pink delight , which has 12 pink roses and daisies arranged in a pink vase( as pictured)What she got was 3 pink roses and daisies in a clear vase.

This Grande Gourmet Fruit Basket was delivered, the morning after, I placed the order, after hours. The Funeral for his Mother, started at 11:00am. The son, said, this was the largest and most Wonderful gift basket that he has ever received. Such an amazing assortment of fruits, nuts, etc. He and his family really enjoyed the gift.

I went back and forth on what I wanted for the arrangement with the vendor and they agreed to replace the carnations with 3 roses, Chrysanthemums, lilies and greens. The flower arrangement only had three chrysanthemums, it did contain the requested roses, a couple of stems of lilies and the rest was all greens. Didn’t think greens would cost as much as carnations but they replace the carnations with more greens than actual flowers. Whatever happened to equal or better value on the substitution? This is what happens with these florists they rip people off because you don’t know with the end product is going to look like yet I had a picture of it sent to me and it’s not the deluxe bouquet I’d purchased. They completely take advantage of folks especially during funerals.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
