Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

The Lawrence Ladies ' Lodge #3926, Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America has been using Flowers by Jamie Lynn for all our floral needs. We began our relationship with Jamie Lynn about a year ago. We love to send flowers to our member who have been hospitalized or ill to cheer them. Jamie Lynn does absolutely beautiful work. Her arrangements have the power to bring joy and pleasure to each who receive them. Jamie Lynn has also done fabulous centerpieces for our various events. It has become one of our customs to raffle off these centerpieces at the end of the event. These raffles have become a wonderful tradition. Jamie Lynn believes in giving back to our brothers and sisters in need in our communities. She has joined with our Lodge, 130 members strong, and participated in our many philanthropic endeavors. When you are in need of a florist, the Lawrence Ladies' Lodge would highly recommend using Flowers by Jamie Lynn. You will bever be disappointed.

Jamie Lynn is so talented! The arrangement for a celebration of life was beautiful. I asked for different shades of purple as purple was my friends favorite color and it was more than I could have hoped for. The purples were spectacular. Thank you Jamie.
