Second time using Gerry's and they do not disappoint. The receiver was not answering the door so Vanessa called the phone number provided. No answer. Vanessa then called me, let me know she has knocked and called with no answer. She let me know there was a safe place she could leave them on the stoop. She wanted to confirm this was OK to do. I’ve been ordering the Designers Choice (of many price points) for years, and they always look amazing. My mom sends me pics when they arrive at her home, she’s always surprised at how beautiful the arrangement is.
My only complaint is the delivery cost for a very local (to the florist) address - literally less than 3mi - $15 seems a bit high for a weekday.

Also they left at my door and didn’t ring the doorbell the roses were left outside for over an hour before my neighbor let me know they were at my door and two of the rose stems were broke other than that they were very nice

Ordered early nearly 1 week before Mother’s Day, the flowers didn’t arrive till after 430ish in the afternoon on Mother’s Day. My mom sent a picture of them and they weren’t the purple roses or arrangement I had ordered. They were a dozen red roses with a lot of greenery. Nothing like I had ordered.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I order the Love’s Divine Bouquet. What I ordered online and what my recipient received is totally diferente. I called the shop and told them the bouquet looks nothing like the one I had order, and it’s missing the bow. I paid $189.44 for something that looks nothing like the picture they have on there website. They asked me if I could take the bouquet to them so they can add the bow. REALLY!? I said no! I don’t have the bouquet with me, it was a birthday gift. Plus I should not have to go out of my way to fix there mistake! I’m very upset about this. I will never order from this place again!

I chose the $80 Designer's Choice arrangement. The flowers arrived in a common vase, without what I could tell, any designing done at all. I'm sure the flowers were fresh but if I had seen the arrangement in a store, I would not have spent $80 on them. ( It was $102 after tax and delivery fee.) I have used Flowers by Gerry many times in the past, and they have always been arranged artfully and with lots of imagination. This one was a disappointment.

My wife's response was underwhelmed to say the least. I could have done better at Safeway for half the price.

The flowers and the arrangement were very nice, but the vase that it came in was not the one i had ordered. Not really a big deal but I expect to receive what i paid for. Also for some reason the wrong address was written on the tag for my flowers, not really sure why or how that happened, but that resulted in a delayed delivery. I ordered these for my grandma's 71st birthday which she spent alone due to Covid. The order was delivered promptly; I believe within 2 hours of ordering. She really loved the flowers which were beautiful from the picture I saw. 2 weeks later she said some of them were still going strong! I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because I wrote out a nice message for her and signed my name. I saw the message in my order before finalizing it, but my grandma called me asking if I'd sent the flowers because there was no message, it only said "grandma". That was really disappointing. The only thing I would've changed about the order was to have the flowers delivered in a beautiful box instead of a vase because she has a dozen vases and didn't need another one.

I ordered this unique bouquet of peach & cream flowers, which suited the recipient's personality perfectly. She received tulips & other flowers in pinks & purples. While all flowers are beautiful, I was shocked to see that the flowers sent were not even close to my choice from their web site. In fact, I would not have chosen the arrangement that was sent. I asked for replacement or refund and got the disclaimer that they have a right to substitute. Yes, but something similar, not from the opposite end of the color spectrum!

No you did not meet my expectations. I sent you pictures of the roses 4 days after delivery and most all did not open up with the buds falling over dead. I was very disappointed with the roses and even more disappointed that I made a point to email you with pictures and did not receive a response. My daughter received other flowers that day from a florist in Oakley and the flowers which included roses are still holding up. I told her she should post on the local neighborhood chat page.

Thanks for delivering my order to my elderly mother and aunt. As residents in an assisted living home during shut-down, they can't get out and cannot receive any visitors. So having such a lovely bouquet of flowers to brighten their apartment and remind them that somebody out their is thinking of them has meant a lot.

I am really disappointed of the floral arrangement sent to my sister. I paid a great amount of money for this and paid the premium amount. This looks more like a standard arrangement for the price. If you were short flowers it would have been nice to get a phone call that you can’t do what’s in the picture and charged me a cheaper amount. There is nothing cascading about this. Different flowers, different design and different vase with the wrap around leaves. I expect to get somewhat of a refund. I understand that times a rough right now but like I said it would have been nice to get a call.
Are you sure the person that did the arrangement did a standard arrangement instead of a premium?

Ordering was easy & the recipient was thrilled! She said the flowers were beautiful! The only thing though, the flowers were delivered at 12:30 pm & she was not notified that a delivery had been left at her front door. It wasn’t until 6:30 in the evening that she found them when she went outside to water some plants.That was a little disappointing for me because I had requested an early delivery so that she would enjoy the flowers all day on her actual birthday.

Your attention to detail with my mother’s arrangement was over the top! The roses were fresh, the petal ends were so crisp and perfect, not burnt or old looking at all. Had to tell my wife about the surprise, because I got a email saying they had been hand delivered, which they hadn't. Then called got the run around, they were suppose to call me back, which they didn't. Which then I had to call them back they act like they didn't know what I was talking about if I just talked to him delays said that it was on the last of the breed should be here anytime which is two and a half hours after they said they delivered them and it wasn't even the flowers I had ordered in all honesty it looks like they just forgot and threw something together and brought it after I called I will never ever order from them again and I will tell everybody not to horrible service

The final arrangement was more pink than purple. And, you included carnations which are cheap flowers and were not in the picture shown here. The recipient sent a photo so I could view what was actually sent. Very disappointing.

Im not satisfied at all. The bouquet sent was not the same as in the on line photo. I understand that it was not going to be exactly the same. But $165 for a small vase of short stemmed and not fresh roses was not worth it at all.
