Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (410) 638-6300, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (410) 638-6300 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I love the selection and creativity of the arrangements offered here at Fiore flowers. I did have an issue, but it was not in the actual arrangement but the picture the recipient sent didn’t show all the flowers that were actually there. I called and was immediately connected with Lisa, the owner, and she handled it happily, cheerfully and obligingly, and even offered a redo which I didn’t think was necessary. The kind of Customer Service she offered went far away beyond what I have experienced from most companies in the last three years. I will most certainly be ordering other flowers from her in the future. You have to see the floral selection and creativity of their arrangements on her website.

I had a wonderful experience with Flowers by Fiore! They created a gorgeous flower arrangement for a funeral that I had inadvertently scheduled for the wrong day. I reached out to them via email after hours, and to my surprise, they got back to me on the actual day of the service. I live in Texas but decided to call Flowers by Fiore because I have used them for deliveries before. This time it was for a more personal need of flowers for a funeral. Ms. Fiore was so kind, thoughtful and caring of my needs as we spoke on the phone. I needed flowers to represent a Ravens & Orioles fan. The arrangement that came was very pretty, but it was missing the pink roses, which really added much needed color that completed this bouquet in my opinion. Pink carnations would have sufficed, but as a substitute it looks like more white lilies were added, that had not even bloomed yet. So the bouquet lacked color, and had holes in it when I paid for the premium arrangement, to avoid patches of green. These were a gift for Mother’s Day, to centerpiece for the weekend with company. I felt like I had to explain to people, the pink roses didn’t make it in the bouquet, we’ll send you a pic when all of the white Lillie’s are in bloom though. A little disappointed

For an arrangement that was close to $250 after fees and such, some of the flowers appeared wilted which was disappointing. The style was what we anticipated however the arrangement appeared sparse, possibly benefitting from more filler and flowers in comparison to the other arrangements at the funeral which were definitely more robust at the same price point.

This is my first time using this florist. I had a close family member in the area that passed away. I searched multiple local and 800 businesses and finally made the choice to call them rather than using the on line availability since I wasn't sure what I wanted. The designer I spoke to was so helpful and professional, that I placed an order with them. For the last few years Flowers by Fiore has be been my “go to” florist for Bel Air Md. When my mother in law passed away in 2022 they did an amazing job on a naturalistic garden style casket spray. Having a floral design background , I am very particular and always like to speak directly to the florist and even visit the shop to look at the flowers if I can. The designer / owner was so compassionate and accommodating, she delivered beautiful fresh work on time. In 2023 my husband passed away they out-did theirselves for me…it meant so much that the flowers were perfect and they were. And now in 2025 my daughter asked me where to order a large arrangement to honor her close friend’s father. It needed to be beautiful…it was from a group of devoted friends. Of course I recommended Flowers by Fiore and even called it in for her. Once again, they did an outstanding job. I love the basket however I was looking for Palms (my favorite) to be included in the selection. I did speak with the owner who made the arrangement and my concern is not so much the arrangement but how she ignores the customer, interrupts them by talking over them. I had to repeatedly tell her I understand it would not be exact as the picture on the website. She used that word ‘exact’ numerous times to where it was annoying! And she interrupted and talked over me a few times. Just not good customer service! Doesn’t matter if she’s been in business for all those years if she doesn’t know how to talk to her customers! Just do better!

My mother received her flowers hand-delivered to her room at the senior living facility in which she resides. She expressed that she was very thankful and the flowers were beautiful. I have been very sick last few days stuck in our room with covid and I called on a Saturday afternoon looking to surprise my wife with flowers to remind her that I really appreciated everything she had been doing taking care of the kids the house and even me. They put together a beautiful set of flowers and brought it to our door. My wife and boys had left to give me some time to rest so they left them at front door and called me to let me know they were here.
