Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (310) 305-1200, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (310) 305-1200 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

My sister loved the floral arrangement. She thought the flowers were beautiful.She sent me a picture of them. I noticed that the arrangement did not have any white flowers in it like the picture, however the flowers chosen by the designer were absolutely beautiful with the different colors of purple. I could not have been happier with this order. I was ordering from Australia for delivery in Marina Del Rey so wasn't sure how easy the process would be. Ordering was painless and delivery prompt. What really made me happy was that the arrangement delivered exceeded the quality of the advertised arrangement. The flowers were larger, there was another flower or two included as well as some unexpected greenery which really added to the impact. I felt that Felicia under-promised and over-delivered. The flowers are beautiful but arrived a day late. The biggest issue was not the delay but because I had to call the florist to ask what was going on- and was then told they wouldn’t be delivered until the following day.
And when I did speak with the shop, the person was rude and hung up without saying goodbye.

Overpriced. Terrible customer service. Called Bloom Nation to recommend they remove from their supplier list. I ordered flowers ahead of time for delivery on Valentine's Day, and when flowers were delivered at 8pm, they seemed to think that was an acceptable timeline. My experience with a Felicia’s flowers was not as good as previous time
I ordered a bouquet for my parents 55th in the early morning, given a 3 hour window on your website I was expecting a delivery to my parents around noon time
The flowers were delivered after 4 pm
I got a call from Felicia around noon , saying that she went to market and there were no red tulips available. She opted for some deep purple ones
The arrangement did not look anything like the photo. I paid $84 and frankly was anticipating something closer to what i chose on the website
I also wrote a note that was not delivered with the flowers.
I was hoping for @ least a courtesy of not changing me $12 for a delivery , given the circumstances

I wanted to send my sister flowers for her birthday but I've been so disappointed with online flower ordering I was hesitant. But, I found Flowers by Felicia and they had amazing reviews so I gave them a try; I'm sure glad I did. The arrangement was gorgeous and the flowers were fresh and vibrant, not half dead like other sites give you. Very happy with this purchase, will definitely use them again in the future!

I would leave 10 stars if I could!! I live in Texas and needed a birthday arrangement delivered the day after Christmas. The shop was supposed to be closed on the 26th but Felicia the owner came in AND hand delivered the arrangement to my sister in law. Felicia was wonderful to work with and created a really stunning arrangement AND sent me a photo of it after she finished. I can’t say enough good things about this florist. Thank you!!!!!!!!!
