The flowers are beautiful, my wife sent me a photo this morning. My disappointment is that I didn't find a delivery time option during purchase. I hoped for it to be delivered in the morning, when she is at her office, and assumed it would be since you are located so close to her office. It was very important for her to receive on her birthday the 28th for various reasons. Her granny died 4 years ago on the 27th, 1 day before my wife's birthday, therefore her birthdays will never be as bright. Also, I have been out of town for 2 weeks and wanted her to have them on the 28th. If I'm wrong about a delivery time option, I accept responsibility. If there is no option on your website, you should offer that. I have had the option in the past when ordering flowers remotely.

Overall good experience. The flowers were delivered on time and they were gorgeous. Also very reasonably priced for the flowers and delivery. I would’ve loved some communication about when the flowers were dropped off, but the only communication I received was confirmation of my payment. Thank you for making my mom’s birthday extra nice.

The service was outstanding! I paid for "same day" delivery when I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday the morning of her birthday. I made a mistake, though, and did not realize that they do not simply leave the flowers if no one is around or home when delivered. Fortunately, 30 minutes prior to closing, I called the store to check on the delivery of my flowers to my mother. The woman who answered was polite, competent, and kind.
She clarified that although the flowers had been delivered, nobody was home, and because of the wildlife, they decided not to leave them outside unattended. I expressed my regret and clarified that my mother would spend the remainder of the day at home. Since the business would be closing in 30 minutes, I was certain that my flowers would not be delivered. My mother called to report that a woman had delivered them approximately an hour later. Like me, she was emotional and overjoyed by the surprise. The woman I spoke to on the phone might have been the one who personally delivered them and if it was, may God bless you and put his arms around you. Encourage your community members and support your local businesses in Pulaski!

I ordered these for a funeral I could not attend and wanted to get something nice for the family. I only knew the flowers were there on time because a family member texted to thank me and sent me a picture of flowers that looked NOTHING like what I ordered or expected! The company didn’t send me a confirmation of delivery until hours later so at least I was able to stress less about arriving in time, but when they sent me the picture I was so upset and disappointed that I paid that much for what was received. I apologized later to the family explaining that was not what I ordered. I am so disappointed and mad at myself for spending so much on something I would have been able to pick up for the grocery store and take with me if I could have attended. I wish I could attach the picture of what was received compared to what I ordered. I would hope that something can be done to reconcile this issue.

The flowers were beautiful and my Mom loved them, however to share the experience with the order and delivery I was very disappointed. Let me start by saying this isn’t the first time this bad happened. I placed the order for the flowers earlier in the week to be delivered on Friday. They were from my father as an Anniversary gift to my Mom. When I called to check if the flowers had been received since I put to deliver on Friday, they were never delivered. As I said this isn’t the first time this had happened. When I called the lady on the phone explained to me that they were having trouble with the fax machine if orders were placed online. She could see the order I. The computer but I am assuming since they didn’t get it in a fax, that is why the order was never done. So I paid full price and a delivery fee for flowers that weren’t even delivered the day they were supposed to be. I was very upset and explained that over the phone when I had to call. So if I would have never called them the flowers would have never been sent. After I called the flowers were done and delivered a day late, but that is beside the point. I feel that if your going to ask a delivery date, then they should be delivered on that day. If your able to see the order that was placed on the computer then maybe there needs to be a different way to receive the order other than a fax....maybe a email address to prevent this from happening again. This is the second time this has happened, and unfortunately both times the flowers were for my mother. Her flowers were late for her Anniversary and also for Mother’s Day. The flowers were beautiful and I have no complaints there, but the service and how the order was handled also the delivery was poor customer service. I think I will be ordering from somewhere else in the future because of this.

My order was delivered in a timely fashion. My issue was with the workmanship. It was very messy and did not even come close to what was advertised. I didn't mind the substitution of some of the flowers and I know it's not going to look exact. I have a picture I wanted to share so you could see but no way to add it. I contacted them about my issue and was basically told they only have 24 hr guarantee and should have contacted them that day. I did contact them the same day (Friday) but got no reply until Monday saying it was too late.

Love the small-town charm of this experience. I was worried my mom would leave work before she received her flowers but they made sure that they got them there in plenty of time which was quite impressive given the fact that I ordered them the same day! From the email I received, it seems as if the flowers were not delivered to the funeral but instead the house and I requested a picture since I was not able to be there and none was sent. The flowers delivered were not like what I purchased. Very disappointed in the arrangement and amount of flowers even after I ordered the deluxe package. You did not follow any of my special instructions, no red vase, and it didn't even have a bow. The quality that was put into this arrangement showed your lack of care in the product delivered. No excuse to say you were overwhelmed with the amount of orders for that day. If you can not follow direction or provide what was paid for, you should not offer to make it! Very disappointed with your shop, the quality and care put into the arrangement.

Only 4 rose's even after I paid for an up grade, 1 "Mylar" ballon when I ordered 2, and the card wording wasn't as I had requested. At least the flower color was correct - Red !! Arrangement was not quite as pictured. The pumpkin had a cheap mask placed on it rather than the refined painted mask shown. Also there were no orange flowers or leaves; instead the blooms were red and yellow. I’d love to post a picture of the delivered item for reference however there is no option to do so.

The flowers were beautiful but not the same type as in the photo which I can understand but the main reason I chose this arrangement is because of the butterflies on the wicker basket, it was for a very special lady that is 87 years old and she loves butterflies. I happened to be at her house when they were delivered and it really hurt me that you did not add the butterflies. I know to a lot of people this is minor but I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED plus she kept looking for the butterflies but she was happy with the flowers. Just hurt and disappointed on my part.

At this point all I can say is customer service is AWFUL. I placed my order May 10th for same day delivery. I received an email confirmation with my delivery date included. I also paid extra for the delivering. It’s now 9 o’clock the day AFTER the flowers were suppose to be delivered and still..... no flowers. I have called the number online TWICE and left messages. No one returned my call. I also sent an email, and to no surprise, I have no received a response. However, the worst part is the fact that after all this they ask me to leave a review. A review for what? The flowers I did not get and customer service that is just simply non existent. These flowers THAT YOU CHARGED me for are not only a waist of money but more disappointingly, not going to be a thoughtful sentiment for my mom and sister on mother’s day....
