Flowers by Donna is the premier Annapolis based florist. We are a full service local florist. The internet is abundant with ads from order gathering sites that represent themselves to service Annapolis but do not have a local address or phone number. A local florist is always your best value.
Donna Ridgely. personally attends to every arrangement that leaves the store. Our trained drivers will make sure that your order is delivered on time and in fresh condition. We specialize in both custom and traditional designs. We are family owned and operated and therefore committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one.

We artistically hand-arrange your flowers and personally deliver them to your special recipient. We make sending fresh flowers easy – whether you want to send to a friend in Annapolis or a relative across the country. You can browse our website and order online or call the shop to place your order. We offer one stop shopping and order fulfillment.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
