The flowers were as pictured, very substantial + full, for the entry level price option. The vase was opaque white instead of clear glass, but same shape and was elegant as a whole. The 2 balloons were appropriate (mother's birthday) and the card was written correctly. The delivery was prompt, in the AM, in time for my Mother's Birthday. The amount of flowers in the arrangement was vast and there are so many that have not even bloomed yet. Not an open space could be found. The flowers, as always, were beautiful but I would be remiss if I did not mention and thank both the delivery person and the staff at Flowers by Donna for their care and compassion! When attempting to make the delivery the driver realized my mother was having a medical problem and alerted the shop. Donna tried several times to reach me and left a message notifying me of the issue and concern for my mother, who indeed did have a medical emergency. Lovely flowers and I'll point to excellent concern for communications to overcome an apparent problem confronting delivery: they called me (on the other side of the country) amidst the problem and generously held the delivery person on site, for a bit, while I sorted out a solution! Delivered on time but the arrangement was not as nice as expected. Potted plants were simply placed in the basket without anything to secure them in place or to cover the pots. The pots and flowers just wobbled around in the basket. Quality of the plants and flowers was good; it was just thrown together and did not appear to be professionally prepared.

I was pleased with the ease of ordering and pricing, which I believe was more affordable than the generic online florist services. In this case I ordered a spray for a friend's mother's funeral. My friend was very touched and sent photos. The flowers were beautifully arranged and colored appropriately for a woman's funeral, so I'm guessing the florist put some time into reading the obituary before preparing the spray. I was notified by email that my delivery was completed around 3 pm. However when I got home they were sitting in front of the door on the 1st floor for over 3 hours. The bouquet I ordered for my mother's birthday was beautiful. She absolutely loved it. The vase is the same as the picture and the flowers are the same. The lilies that arrived were a little more closed, which is great because now they will bloom over the next few days and last longer!

Long story short, delivery person attempts delivery to wrong address, who then calls me for confirmation while I am with the intended recipient and spoils suprise. Flowers appeared old and wilted upon delivery. The addition of the faux pearl pins was nice, however the overall quality of the flowers was lacking. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
