I paid $130 for tulips that were old (won’t last long) , and the Bouquet looked smaller than the one online.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. In accordance with our substitution policy as listed. We decided not to include the peonies as what was available from the growers did not meet our quality standards. Instead we upgraded the roses to premium David Austin garden roses and we included premium imported sweet peas from Japan. The color and feel was consistent with the design ordered. Additionally, when we received the call from the recipient that a couple of the roses were starting to wilt we promptly made arrangements to go and replace these flowers. We requested photos of the arrangement but those were never received. We still went out in good faith, the next day, to replace the roses as promised. We replaced all 4 roses, with the new premium garden roses and included an additional 2. We made every effort to correct the issues. Please let us know what more we can do to make your experience a positive one.

Camp Pendleton is a military base and they were not allowing civilians access to the property as they were operating at a high security threat level. Unfortunately, these type of things are out of our control and we must abide by their rules. The flowers were still delivered on 2/14/2022 as requested. We are always willing to make things right. It looks as though this review came 8days after the order was delivered. Can you please let us know a little more. Please email any photos you were sent to info@flowersbyazalea.com. Sometimes the recipient sends photos and it doesn't show the entire arrangement. Also, the arrangement you ordered was a very monochrome design and didn't feature much color. We look forward to hearing from you so we can make your experience as more positive one.

I apologize for the experience you had. We have several designers handling orders. We do our best to make sure mistakes are few and far between but when they arise we make every effort to correct the issues. We made several offers to deliver a second arrangement and issue a full refund. The recipient didn't seem comfortable with how much we were willing to offer to turn her experience around and make her happy and just asked that we refund half of the order. Ranunculus are not in season this time of year so we had to substitute which is noted in our terms of service.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
