This is my 3rd purchase to be delivered to others from Flowers by Azalea and all have been very well received. I personally love the tropical flowers because they last longer so they can be enjoyed for more than a few days.
I also purchased the Be Well bouquet for myself! It was a beauty and she somehow managed to do something to the hydrangeas to make them last over a week!!

I like that it is a small, independent florist and I wanted to support that type of business but I wasn’t impressed. Flowers are expensive and when you add in a delivery charge, the final amount can be quite high for a medium-sized arrangement. Also, the money you are investing is for a gift that does not endure—it expire—so you are trusting the vendor to provide you with a a product that is a fair value when compared to what you pay. My daughter-in-law sent me a photo of the final delivered arrangement and while she was happy with it, when compared to the photo on the florist’s site, it fell short of the mark. I understand about flower substitutions but this was not nearly as colorful or bright or full as advertised. I was disappointed as the final amount was ~$125 for a medium-sized bouquet. I was hoping for a little more personal care from a locally-owned small business.

We decided not to include the peonies as what was available from the growers did not meet our quality standards. Instead we upgraded the roses to premium David Austin garden roses and we included premium imported sweet peas from Japan. The color and feel was consistent with the design ordered. Additionally, when we received the call from the recipient that a couple of the roses were starting to wilt we promptly made arrangements to go and replace these flowers. We requested photos of the arrangement but those were never received. We still went out in good faith, the next day, to replace the roses as promised. We replaced all 4 roses, with the new premium garden roses and included an additional 2. We made every effort to correct the issues. Please let us know what more we can do to make your experience a positive one.

The flowers where nice but was charged a delivery fee when flowers couldn’t not be fully delivered. Not sure what the issue was but would like to at least get half of the delivery charge back since driver only made it half way.

You came highly recommended. We order a $95.00 arrangement for my mother's birthday. When she send me a picture of it. I was horrified to see that it was not even a close resemblance to what we order. None of the pretty colors were added, and to top of it looked wilted. I'm sorry, I usually try to be more positive about this kind of thing. But because this was for my mother, I feel like you let me down.

We ordered them a day before and they arrived at a good time the next day. Ordering online was quick and easy. So my only complaint would be the price.

Arrangement delivered to my mom was not close to what I ordered. There were no ranunculus as pictures. My mom complained that there was a big hole in the arrangement, and that most of the flowers looked as if they were dying. When she called you to complain about the flowers, she was told that she was expected to clean the guard petals off the roses. What my mom received was nothing close to what I would have expected for the money paid. I even upgraded it to make sure it would be a full arrangement. I did receive a refund for half the cost, which I then used to buy more flowers to fill in the arrangement to what I had expected it to be. When doing so, I realized that the stems weren’t even in water. 80% of the stems were parallel with the top of the vase, which is why most of them were wilted already. I’m disheartened with the way this played out, especially when my mom had to send you pictures of the arrangement as proof. Shouldn’t you have checked the flowers before they left your shop and were delivered?

We made several offers to deliver a second arrangement and issue a full refund. Ranunculus are not in season this time of year so we had to substitute which is noted in our terms of service.

The owner actually refunded my money, but still sent the flowers!! CLASS ACT. I was so shocked I could literally not believe it. I would certainly suggest ordering from them.

I wish I could post a picture of how the flowers looked that were received. I upgraded the flowers to the deluxe thinking that they would be even more grand than the pictures online. I spent over $100 for the flowers, upgrading and delivery. The arrangement that was sent did not look very similar to the one online. It was tiny! I can't imagine what the regular arrangement would have looked like. In addition, the arrangement didn't seem like someone experienced put it together, it looked very amateur. While the person that they were sent to liked them, they have no idea how much I spent. I wish I had just ordered something from teleflora or ftd. I've ordered from them many times before and never had any issues with the online size and detail matching what is received. So disappointed.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
