Our apologies for not creating this bouquet to your standard. Our goal is always to create something beautiful and meaningful for every order. While we do include a notice at checkout that arrangements may vary due to seasonal availability/stock and are left to the discretion of our florist, we absolutely understand how important it is for the bouquets to reflect the spirit of what was selected. Our florist did use predominately purple tones in the design; there were certain flowers shown in the online photo that were not available, and substitutions were made to maintain overall color and style. We do always want our customers to be happy with their orders, so we appreciate the feedback and will continue to try and improve.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
