Within the past 6 weeks, our family has ordered three bouquets for very special occasions from L. Doe and all have been exceptional with large fragrant oriental lily blooms, gorgeous delphinium in mixed blue hues, colorful snapdragon, carnations, and beautiful roses.

I chose this beautiful bouquet from this photo. The purple flowers and the wood container were why I chose this particular option. I placed the order and received a phone call almost immediately, telling me that there were no flowers like this available. I told the nice lady that the color purple was most important, and she assured me that she could use purple flowers to replace the orchids.
My friend took a photo of the flowers after they were delivered, to show the world how loved she felt to receive such a beautiful arrangement....BUT....the arrangement looked NOTHING like this. Pink, lavender and a few purple flowers, with a clear glass vase....my question is, WHY put a photo to choose, when what is made up and delivered looks absolutely nothing like the photo. And all for the inflated charge of almost $90!! and when I called, I was put on hold until closing time, and never spoke to anyone, I was asked to leave a message..

The arrangement did not look much like the one I ordered. There were no pink stargazer lilies or Camilla’s and only two roses instead of four. The hydrangeas only last a couple days. We have several bushes in our yard, that’s how I know.

They didn’t have the exact flowers I ordered, and they were persistent that they stayed with the color theme I chose and that I was still satisfied with my purchase. Because the intended recipient went from the hospital to her home then to her son's home, the flowers ultimately could not be delivered. BUT, Louis Doe worked with me every step of the way, trying to make a delivery. Finally, the order was cancelled and I was given a credit. The flowers, unfortunately, were delivered a week too late. I wanted them delivered on Friday, August 24 ,not the 31st.
When I made my order by email on the evening of August 22 I hit on the 31st in error. I followed up with another email reporting my mistake and asked that the flowers be delivered not on the 31st, but on the 24th, Then I called you on the morning of the 24th and spoke with a woman. She said she had received my email about my ordering error; and asked if the delivery could be made either on that day Friday or on Saturday. I told her that either day was fine. What happened?

I followed up with another email reporting my mistake and asked that the flowers be delivered not on the 31st, but on the 24th, Then I called you on the morning of the 24th and spoke with a woman. She said she had received my email about my ordering error; and asked if the delivery could be made either on that day Friday or on Saturday. I told her that either day was fine. What happened?

Customer service was excellent, delivery excellent.....the only down fall is that they did not have the Gerber daisies. The substitution of lilies and roses were pretty but was not the effect I was hoping.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
