How will I receive a new bouquet?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (419) 435-6111, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (419) 435-6111 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I live in Tennessee and sent flowers to my mother in Fostoria, Ohio for her 84th. Birthday. The Flowerland web site was easy to use, and the delivery was right on time! The conformation that the flowers were delivered was sent to me asap, and my mother call stating she received the beautiful flowers. I love when things go according to plan. I have ordered several planters for various reasons in the past 2-3 weeks and they have all been gorgeous! With that said, the last order I specifically asked for no peace lilies due to an allergy of someone being in close proximity of the recipient. The order contained 2 blooming peace lilies. Overall, you're doing a great job, just be more aware of special requests.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
