Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Whatever one may lack in personality certainly did not show in the bouquet my daughter received. Probably because people have sometimes very unrealistic expectations of a florist. But she was a little dry but who am I to judge. Beautiful birthday arrangement with blossoms pictured as shown, fresh with a lot of scent. It's always best to order directly from the florist so even though I'm out of town I did, and had no issues and a very happy 28 year old daughter.

I love being able to order flowers from FlowerGirls. Being in another town, I can go online and look at the bouquet options available and order what I want based on what I can see. And every time I have ordered flowers, they actually look like what is on the website. That’s a huge issue to me because most florists will change out so many details that what gets sent is a sad rendition that looks nothing close to their website. But it is never a problem with FlowerGirls. I have had to send special instructions before, and it has been no problem for them. Another big plus is that they have always delivered when they said they would, even when I ordered last minute for same day delivery. I literally cannot say enough good things about FlowerGirls...I wish the florists in other areas of the country where I have sent flowers were as easy to order from, had such beautiful arrangements, gave as amazing customer service, and had as good of pricing, but none compare to FlowerGirls.
