We try to honor all sender requests, unfortunately seasonality, cost increases, or other circumstances can prevent us from being able to do so. Our florist will always use the best judgment to ensure your design is beautiful, filled to value and reflects your vision if substitutions must be made.

Wow what a difference from the website pix
No bow! No flowering plant or ivy no sweet william or polka dot plant working at a florist myself very disappointed expected a wicker basket overflowing with plants received a plant or two in wicker basket with earth showing where extra plants should have been placed.

Florist's reply:
Hello Kimberly, we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our studio. We would like to assure you all the proper blooms were filled, we did not sub with mums- the white daisies are in fact Gerber daisies and no alstroemeria was used. The only alteration made was the color and this was due to our wholesaler having a low selection of these particular blooms. Because we are a studio and not an everyday flower shop (our blooms are sourced straight from the wholesaler either the day before or day of delivery) and we do not carry extra inventory to offer another arrangement. We do notify and ask our customers if major alterations must be made, however, we have never had an issue associated with color or the greenery used. We are happy to exchange the arrangement with one that meets the colors in the advertised photo but this was the only change that was made as the arrangement was filled to value. We take great pride in our work and have never improperly filled an order but if you would like us to make the exchange we are happy to do so. We apologize for any problems you may have encountered and would like the opportunity to change your experience into a positive one!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
