I can’t believe how wonderful this floral shop is! I found this shop through Yelp. First they sent me a picture of the flower arrangement. I have never had any shop do that. It was a little thing, but I loved it. The owner personally delivered the flowers. When she brought them to her room, my friend let her know that she was going to be released from the hospital that evening and wasn’t sure how to take them home with her. I never write reviews, but in this case totally worth it. I was out of USA so I was very nervous to order online, because my husband did it one time to his mother which she never got them. It’s like finding a gem in the desert. I live in Florida so trusting big online shops has not been good. The flowers were even prettier than the picture. The colors were perfect and the flower choices really made the bouquet! My girlfriend loved them!! She received many compliments about how beautiful they were! She even received them THE NEXT DAY after I ordered!

I have used those major online flower websites in the past and they outsource locally anyways, but take a cut from the florist actually making the arrangements. So once we received a bouquet from Flowerbee, we decided to cut out the middle man, shop locally, and exclusively with Flowerbee. Since doing that, we have not been disappointed! Ordering was very easy and the card had lots of space for a custom message. Janice called to double-check the address I'd given since my phone had auto-corrected a street name. Yesterday, I was asked to send flowers to a relative in Tucson and had no idea who to contact since I live in LA and I've been burnt in the past using 1.800.flowers. After doing a few minutes research on google I stumbled across flowerbee and decided to give it a try. A few minutes after placing my order I received a call from Janice at FlowerBee with letting me know some details about the place I was sending the arrangement to. She suggested a couple of changes that seemed smart and even offered to send me a photo of the flowers once arranged knowing I won't see them in person. She never tried to upsell me and even mentioned she'd be getting a certain flower in the next day that she might try as well. I've sent a lot of flowers over the years, spending a lot more than I was this time, yet I've never has anyone giving me the special attention Janice did. The flowers arrived right on time, Janice sent me a picture of the arrangement, which looked amazing and the relative was so moved by love sent that day.
