Spent $129 for roses for our anniversary. Delivered Thursday. 2 days later, today, Saturday the rose blossoms are turning black and all the headed are turned down. I could not be more disappointed. I tried to call your number just now with no answer so I guess I will try Monday. I should be offered replacement flowers or a refund or both.

Ava's flowers failed to deliver in time for Mother's Day despite assurances they would, delivery still not complete on Monday.
Called Flowerama, they agreed to deliver on Monday (called the driver to see if he could manage the extra bouquet) and our daughter received the flowers within a few hours of purchase online. We'll stick with Florerama for every occasion in Plano from this point onward.

I signed up for texts regarding my order. I didn’t receive any texts at all. I’ve received photos from other florists of what I ordered and notification of delivery and was hoping for the same when I signed up for the texts. My recipient did send me a photo and I thought the bouquet looked like the picture of the standard (or cheapest) of the type that I ordered. I had paid for the deluxe (or mid price range). I was disappointed that the bouquet didn’t look as full as the picture online showed it would look like. Also, there was no bow on the vase as there was in the picture. It’s hard to order flowers because you never know what the recipient will receive.

The flower arrangement was beautiful and the recipient truly appreciated them. The delivery timing could be better. I paid for a morning delivery, received an email at 10AM stating it was out for delivery. I called the shop at 11:30 inquiring about it and was told "we cannot see where the driver is." Fair, but great service would have said, let me contact the driver for you. By 1PM, the delivery still had not arrived. Another call to the shop and asked them to contact the driver. The delivery was made and the delivery charges were refunded. Which I appreciated. I would like to use the company again, but I'll be more specific on timing if I do.

Delivery was on time and perfect. The vase which many times is switched out in flower shops, was the same cute vase I had chosen online…but the arrangement was HORRENDOUS! At may have contained the same flowers as the picture, but were just bunched up with way too much greenery and shoved in the vase. There was no “arrangement” in this arrangement.

The wreath was large with more foliage than flowers. It can be reduced in size slightly so the flowers do not look too lost. There were too many green flowers, which blended with the foliage and made the flowers too small relative to the foliage. The two ribbons were placed wrongly despite the instructions provided. The casket spray card was found in this wreath!!

I got this half casket spray in Lavender and white as main colors. Size and shape were presentable, however the flowers didn’t look too fresh, some white petals were withering. So the overall spray look was affected. Overall I would rate it as 4 out of 5.
My negative comment was on how the message on the card was printed. The font size was tiny and they were at the bottom of the card and not at the center of the printed box. Worst of all I found this card was put on other funeral wreath!

Well, your flower shop created a beautiful arrangement but Anita never received her flowers because some thief stole her flowers that had been left by her front door by your delivery person. Now, I have to reorder the flowers and have them delivered on Saturday October 5th in the morning when Anita is home.

The flowers delivered were absolutely beautiful. I was notified by email that the green container shown online would be substituted for a white one. We ordered a standing funeral spray from Flowerama. I asked for something a little different there was no problem. The gentleman that answered the phone was so helpful with everything. The price does not reflect the work or the flowers used to create the, whatever they call the horrible thing we’ve got.
I emailed the store twice about my order but never got a response. Called the store after I received and email that my order had been picked up, (it had not been picked up). At no time did anyone mention that they had to use different flowers because they ran out of the ones usually used for it. I had to find out when I picked it up and it looked absolutely horrendous. When I got home and presented it to my wife for our anniversary, she almost cried. Half of her he flowers were already dead or dying and some of the replacements they used can’t be around her as she’s allergic to them.
I should’ve just left that thing at the store and asked for my money back.
