Dear valued customer, we apologize for inconvenience. The paint we pray on a flower is being used specifically for flowers and it is not harmful. However, we did not have enough to to rest at the shop so the smell would go disappear and that's what may have caused too much smell when you received it. |I also paid for the premium upgrade, assuming the premium additional flowers would be...flowers, additional roses and carnations, in pink and white, added to enlarge the flower dense, well put together arrangement advertised on your webpage.
I was not expecting to pay a premium for cheap green filler flowers.

We will add more blooms and select the highest quality flowers we offer in this style.
I don't actually believe there's more flowers in this arrangement at all than what is shown on the website, I do believe that everything was just cut longer and filler leaves were added. And there is obviously limited blooms certainly the roses will be wilting by the time anything else begins to open.
Additionally, the substitution policy says the substituted flowers will be in the same color and theme as well as the same quality or better than pictured.
Neither of these were met. Before writing this email I sought the advice of multiple family and friends to find if this is simply just not my personal taste but acceptable. The general consensus was that the arrangement received was not an acceptable premium arrangement when compared to the original including its design, choice of flowers, quantity of flowers, nor color of flowers.
What was received makes me feel truly embarrassed as it looks more like an arrangement of grass with the bare minimum of flowers. I definitely feel like there is some false advertising and inaccurate descriptions of what can be created when comparing what was received.
This arrangement was nowhere near expectations or anything depicted. I am truly embarrassed.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
