We've been using Flower-Tique for the better part of 17 years. Amy and her team are just amazing, kind, helpful and the flowers are always gorgeous and last. I've actually never been in their shop as we started when we lived in a different state. Their online ordering process is convenient and accurate. I can even email with a change and they accommodate.
This particular bouquet was absolutely beautiful and the recipient was in awe and so happy.
I won't go anywhere else for my floral delivery needs. They are A+++++

Really like the reminder email, it saved me from having to Google or look back through old emails to figure out where I order flowers for Mom in Centerville.
Mom loves her flowers, they arrived on time, and whomever delivered them set then inside the front door, so extra shout out for not leaving then outside to freeze! Did want to let you know when comparing the picture of what was sent to Mom to the picture on the website, the online arrangement looks much bigger, and fuller.

I try not to do that. Their customer service is amazing. I've emailed pics to create something similar and they knock it out of the park. I can always count on them. This year we were unable to go to our daughters house for her birthday. We always give her at least 1 rose.
Being as we don’t live in the same town, I was unfamiliar with the flower shops. Comparing the different shops online, Flower-Tique seemed the best value.
Our daughter was not only surprised, but loved the arrangement! She immediately sent me a thanks along with a picture of her birthday roses. The picture she sent me was almost identical to the one pictured on the online ad.
Also the price of the arrangement was within reason and delivery charge was way less than anyone else in town. Both of these are what let me to choose Flower-Tique for our daughters birthday. Her flowers were delivered in a timely fashion on her birthday!

To be honest I was pretty disappointed in the arrangement. It looked nothing like the picture. If it hadn't been for the card on the flowers I would not have known it was the ones I ordered. I understand that you may have to substitute flowers from time to time but it seemed extreme. It would have been nice if you would have notified me that it would not look anything like the picture and it cetainly didn't seem like it was the premium flowers that I paid for.
Wasn't going to say anything but then I received the email asking for my review.

What a great concept! Two things that brighten people's day in one spot--food and flowers.
They delivery was on time, and not exorbitantly priced like many other delivery fees. They bouquet was beautiful and cheery, just as requested. The recipient said the rolls were delicious. So pleased with my order!

Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order with us on the 13th and requested delivery on the same day. Without 24 hour notice we can not guarantee we will have the flowers requested. When an order is placed online it states that we may have to make substitutions for flowers but we try to keep the style and colors the same as the picture.

It was adequate. There was only one butterfly and the purple flowers were drooping. But what can you do. Customers are at a disadvantage when needing a flower arrangement for a funeral when we live far away and are limited to only one florist in a small town.

The floral arrangement was beautiful, but I really wanted the children to have red, clear, and blue vases, so each one would have a different color fora momento. The vases were all clear, so I do appreciate the different colors in ribbons.

I originally left a poor review for lack of communication on an undesirable substitution plant for my aunt's funeral. Amy at Flower-Tique immediately contacted me and went above and beyond to make up for my disappointment.
When it comes down to it, customer service means everything in today's world and I must say that Amy gets two thumbs up for going out of her way to make sure this out of state customer whom she's never met is happy.

In our phone call I did apologize for not giving you a call explaining that we couldn't get the peace lily in and that we were busy that day and it got overlooked. I did not get the cross that displayed in the picture, they replaced it with a small angel, the flowers were roses and lillies, so it was somewhat similar to the picture, but would have wanted the cross as that is what I ordered. The flowers were gorgeous. So not disappointed with the flowers, I just wished I would of gotten the cross is why I ordered this arrangement, the angel was small so that was disappointing. This was for a funeral and the man was religious is why we chose this arrangement.

I truly appreciate the timeliness of the delivery and that the “deliverers” contacted me when they couldn’t locate the delivery site. But the flowers themselves were definitely not as pictured. The arrangement was called possibly pink and there wasn’t a single pink flower in it. They were all purple. It was also not as full as the picture appeared.

The arrangement didn't really look like this one, but it was still beautiful. They delivered 15 miles in the same day that I placed the order, They called when they weren't able to get ahold of the receiving party. My mom said the cookies that came with them were delicious. The description mentioned and showed sugar cookies, and my mom got chocolate chip, which wasn't a huge deal because she loved them. overall I will definitely recommend!

I think its a good thing my Mom loved the flowers and smelled good because the picture she showed me, it looked nothing like what I ordered. The same flowers were used, but did not appear to be arranged very well. It seems to have the different flowers grouped together, and the greens were not even seen from the top view. My mom loved them and that is all the matters.
