Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I was kind of nervous about using a flower delivery service for the first time as I’ve heard some horror stories, but Flower Talk really delivered! The flowers looked like what was presented online in the photos and they even tried to accommodate my request of having more pink flowers in the bouquet. My mom was happy with them and I’ll most likely order again in the future!

Flowers were beautiful! It was my mother's 82nd birthday. They called to verify if she would home as they didn't want to leave them outside. My mother was so excited and was able to show them off to all of her friends! Thank you for making my mother's birthday special.
