This is the bouquet I purchased online. I got a phone call almost immediately telling me that they didn't have this exact design, but that I could choose from all pink or all blue balloons. I chose pink. She also told me that there wouldn't be any latex, but only mylar (which is what is shown). So I said ok, that's fine. The bouquet that got delivered to my 19 year old niece was absolutely terrible. There were 4 balloons that had pink in them somehow. And then there was a red stripe circus balloon, a blue and green grasshopper balloon that said "Hoppy Birthday". One of the "pink" balloons looked like it was for a 1 year old's birthday. It had a teddy bear on it. Yes, I do realize they put 1 extra balloon in this bouquet, but they should have stuck to the "all pink" like they said. I will NOT be ordering from them again. If they can call right away telling me that they don't have these balloons available that were pictured online, then they could have called again to ask if red, blue and green were ok. Or maybe, they could have just stuck to the pink them like we agreed on.

I’ve used many different florists around the state and even around the country; this by far was my best experience. Not only was the arrangement affordable, it was fresh, delivered in a timely fashion, and actually looked like the picture of what I ordered! I know those things may sound like a given for a service like this, but this was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had- I’ve been talking all day about to people haha

They were mostly greens and a few flowers that were lacking color. Plus, they added a mother's day mylar balloon which I didn't purchase. Paid $60 that looked like something I could have grabbed on the side of the road. Will not be ordering from them again.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
