The flowers were gorgeous and very fresh, and I just loved the delivery tracker. I received text messages and was able to watch the delivery man on a map in real time drive to my relative's house so I could give them a heads up to answer the door when he got there. I only saw a picture that the recipient sent me. They looked beautiful and the recipient thought so as well. The problem was the delivery method: leaving them on the door mat is what you do with the trash when your ready to take it out, not beautiful flowers for a special occasion!

Another amazing arrangement by Eastlake Flower Sensation! This arrangement was delivered the day before Thanksgiving and it is gorgeous. The flower arrangement delivered to my Mom for Mother’s Day pretty much matched what I had selected from the website… Except for one thing… I don’t like carnations, and I selected this arrangement because the arrangement pictured on your website did NOT have any carnations… But the arrangement my mom received had several red carnations. I wasn’t disappointed in the overall look of the arrangement, it was beautiful! I needed my flowers delivered at a certain time to fit a very tight schedule. For this delivery, I had to call Eastlake Flower Sensation. The assistant on the phone helped me schedule a delivery, she told me when my flowers would be delivered and they were at my door 5 minutes early. While I don't expect that level of service all the time from Eastlake Flower Sensation, they came through in a pinch this time to help me make my daughter's birthday celebration perfect!

Once again Eastlake Flower Sensation exceeds my expectations! I bought the Rose medley as a surprise purely for my wife and daughter. The floral arrangement came loaded with beautiful Rose's, carnations, and other flowers. Not shown in the picture the arrangement had a beautiful pink ribbon and bow around the vase. The Ford pickup vaus is whimsical enough but when you add a beautiful, well laid out, floral arrangement to it, the impact is stunning! Would highly recommend. I ordered a same day bouquet for my Grandmother, and it was received within a couple of hours. I was notified when it was on its way and again once it was delivered. The bouquet was gorgeous and My Grandmother said they smelled amazing. I usually order online, as I now live in New York, but wanted to support a small/local business and I am so glad I did. While the price is about the same as the online retailers, the quality and service is much better. The bouquet was received same day, beautifully arranged and prepared. These guys were fantastic. It was my GF's birthday right before Christmas and between work and COVID etc. I have been busy as heck. I ordered mothers day flowers for my mother and I spoke to her 15 minutes after they were delivered and she told me she "didnt want me to be upset about it but a lot of the flowers were wilted" but It did make me upset as I had ordered the premium version for supposedly the highest quality and got not even what I would expect in the lowest version.
