I absolutely loved my glittered roses. I ordered the bright pink ones for myself. They were stunning. The roses are huge and I have had them for almost a week and still look beautiful. They have not wilted.

The flowers that were delivered barely resembled the displayed product i purchased. I picked them because of the large Lily in the front which happens to be my girlfriends favorite flower. I ordered online before shop opened at 9am. By noon I called to confirm the order and same day delivery. I was told it literally was being finished and turned to the delivery driver.
I received a confirmation email at 3.50pm stating the flowers had been hand delivered. I got home at 5.30pm and there had been no deliveries. Tried calling the shop but it was already closed, left a voice mail, also sent an email asking. Later after 8pm flowers were dropped at the front door and by accident I saw them. Never got a call back from the shop or an email to ensure flowers were delivered. Was expecting a bit more customer service for a $100 order.

This was the picture on flower power website that I chose to order flowers from. As anyone can see it has a lot of purple flowers which is why I ordered this specific arrangement. The flowers which were delivered were different color flowers with very little purple.

The Spring Tea flower bouquet exceeded my expectations. I purchased these 24 hours in advance as a Get Well bouquet for my mother and Flower Power did an incredible job in the selection of beautiful flowers. I believe the actual bouquet was more incredible than the image online. It looks like the team chose light pink carnations and roses and accents of lavender. So gorgeous! For $70 delivered, it would have been nice to see the arrangement look at least similar to your website photo. Your website stated that the photo was the standard, and that's what we bought. The delivered item showed less than half of the flowers that were shown on your website photo. Also, the website NEVER said the vase had a mother's poem on it. This was a sympathy arrangement done at the end of June not a Mother's day in the beginning of May.

Flower Power was a delight to work with. They delivered the balloons nice and early in the day and the gentleman who dropped them off was so sweet. They actually accidentally brought Mother’s Day balloons instead of birthday balloons - he was very apologetic and turned within a couple of hours with a birthday bouquet, letting us keep the Mother’s Day one, too! The picture was much more pretty than the actual arrangement. I know these things can vary but my main complaint is that most of the flowers did not look fresh at all. The roses and daisies, especially, looked old and wilted. I was very disappointed in the product and felt it was very overpriced for what I received. I will look somewhere else for any future flower gifting.

I'm so sad. I was very disappointed with the bouquet. The purchased this bouquet with the expectation that it would look like the advertised picture. I was expecting lots of dark colors and was very fond of the deeper purples and the dark green. It also appeared, from the photo, like a very full bouquet and the one delivered did not have nearly as many items in it. I planned on creating a paneled photo with pictures side by side to show you guys. For $91 I expected more.

Customer service was excellent!! Partially due to my error on the address the original flowers did not get delivered to my sister. I called to inquire about what went wrong and Cindy took my call investigated and called me back. Cindy then offered to make up a new arrangement and get it delivered that day which was Christmas Eve. I couldn't have asked for more. My boss sent me a picture of the arrangement that we sent her. It was pretty but not quite like the picture. The picture shows about 5 red roses mixed with white roses and red and white carnations. Well, I was very excited that there was a company willing to deliver in California, we live in New Mexico, on Mother’s Day. We soo badly wanted to be there for our mom! Anyhow, I saw this beautifully arrangement that wasn’t too over done and the perfect kind of elegance. Well, when Mom received it and said “oooh thank you for the flowers, they’re “cute”!!!!!” That says it all. She appreciated the flowers but they did not at all look like an arraignment. They looked like they were just thrown in a vase and delivered. I asked for them to be delivered on Friday, before Mother’s Day, and they were... at 7pm! Urggghh!! So very disappointed! I even gave them a note telling them how much I appreciated them being open and being able to do this for us that we had to be so far away during such a terrible time.
Bottom line... would not recommend on line ordering from this florist! Soooo Sadddd!

I do not like to order flowers thru the internet, as I have been embarrassed a few times by the product friends/family have received.
This was ordered for a close friend/coworker whose father passed. She was out of town until Saturday and I was worried about delivery and if the flowers would look like they did on the webpage.

I appreciate the ability to upgrade an order - although I almost missed the option as it is a bit understated in appearance on my iPad I like being able to choose more roses. My previous orders would suggest upgrades but I don’t remember any info. Or photos as to what the additiona charge would buy me, and to be honest, the Premium arrangement I ordered in December look just like the photo of the standard... so I was hesitant to pay extra again. But this Valentine’s Day delivery was just as ordered, thank you.

My mother loved the bouquet! And the staff at Flower Power was very accommodating after my brother somehow managed to forget to pick up the flowers on time. Even though they spent the afternoon doing the arrangements for a wedding, they still made time to get the flowers to him and even offered to deliver them free of charge. Good Points: Easy to order online, delivery took place same day.
While understanding that not every arrangement will be as pictured, paid for an upgrade and the flowers were beautiful but looked much smaller and not as well arranged as the photo of the regular size.
That being said I would probably use them again if I need flowers in the area. I will just be more selective to avoid a disappointing smaller than expected for the price paid arrangement.

I wanted to get my lady a small gift to let her know I was thinking of her. I didn't need extravagant, ornate or grandiose, she's not that type of gal. I choose a simple bouquet, ordered it online the night before I wanted it delivered and sure enough it arrived at her office the next day before noon. After 1800Flowers said there were no florists to deliver the flowers I ordered and paid for online, I went online and ordered from Flower Power -- which is what I probably should have done to begin with! Flower Power had previously created absolutely beautiful arrangements (with very short notice) for my mother-in-law's funeral several years ago, and they came through for me with creating a beautiful floral arrangement, balloon bouquet and box of chocolates for my mom for Mother's Day! Thank you Flower Power for always coming through and doing such quality work. I won't make the mistake of going "third party" in Camarillo again!!

I believe the recipient really enjoyed the flowers. May concern was that as the sender I provided special instructions to the delivery person to leave the flowers with a neighbor if the recipient was not at home. But the deliverer called the recipient and said they would be leaving the flowers on the porch. It was a really hot day. Not good!

I think the online orders should have a time preference available to their deliveries. I ordered flowers on the 27th at night time thinking that my mom would get her flowers earlier in the morning because its her birthday. But she received her flowers after she left. I called and the front desk told me that someone has signed as Maria Garcia. I admit that's not their fault they do not know who the person is! I understand that but I just wished I was able to put a time so my mom could have shown everyone her flowers. I was real upset... I hope you can change the preference time!
