You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

Did not have the same Autumn look, basket itself was very different from the picture, light in color, small, different shape, no handle, no rust mum flowers.... Shop did seem to add more flowers, ugly bright yellows and pinks to compensate, but the overall look is disappointing. Looks like summer leftovers.

When I ordered online I made an error in not choosing the delivery date. When I checked on my order, I was told it would deliver May 13, 2021, and I needed it to deliver on May 7, 2021. Honestly, even though I know that substitutions are made when necessary, the substitutions did not communicate the feeling that I was looking for. This arrangement was just beautiful! I didn't see it, but the recipient loved it! Thought the delivery charge was a little steep, since it was going from Norwood to Norwood, but it made her happy. Think it might look better in a red or yellow vase. Might make it pop more. Anyway, we are happy!

I had this arrangement sent to my mother for Grandparent's Day and she said it was gorgeous. I showed her the picture of what it should look like and she said her arrangement was even bigger and fuller. I placed the order late on Saturday and they were able to deliver it late morning on Sunday. I originally ordered the “confetti surprise” arrangement but I ordered it late on a Saturday hoping for a Sunday delivery. I received a call Sunday morning from a gentleman informing me that he was unable to create a new arrangement as his floral designer was not in on Sunday but that he had a beautiful arrangement he could deliver in its place. It truly did not disappoint! I was so happy. I was very nervous that it would be an old arrangement that had been sitting in a fridge but it was absolutely beautiful and must have been delivered immediately after our phone call as I received a thank you note from the recipients shortly after. If you find yourself in a position like mine where you are an out of towner and are not familiar with Flower Power’s quality of work or other florists in the area, you can trust that they will deliver a beautiful arrangement in a timely fashion, hassle free. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the arraignment we ordered. Our dear friend is sick so we sent her some flowers. She sent a picture of what she received and it was not what we ordered her. Also, there was a flower sticking strangely above the rest of the arraignment, like it was haphazardly stuck in on the run. Wish I could post both pics for you to see.

The arrangement was delivered to the recipient's neighbor. The recipient still hasn't recieved the arrangement yet. I recommend confirming the person is who they say they are before leaving an $80 arrangement with a stranger. Maybe ask for ID?
