About the Shop
The Flower Mill has been located in the Newark, NY area for the last 38 years, and is a family owned and operated business.
The current owner is Robert King who purchased the business from his sister in December of 2021. The Flower Mill looks forward to servicing Newark and the surrounding communities. The Flower Mill also offers a 10% discount to military and first responders.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Our friend received this yesterday and texted us to tell us how much she loved it. Also, I very much appreciated Nancy calling me to tell me she was out of the teddy bears and we could either make a substitution or send in few days when she got more teddy bears in. It was truly a pleasant experience working with Flower Mill. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.
